Polin Beach House is positioned on the hill overlooking spectacular Polin Beach. The house is decorated to a high standard in pastel colours with a nautical touch. Very homely and welcoming. We have something to suit all holiday makers from fishing for salmon or trout, hill walking, Fionaven, Arkle and Stack or just exploring our beaches not forgetting Sandwood Beach. Pony trekking, kayaking and sea angling are also worth a go. Locally caught seafood is served at our Hotels and Restaurants.

'The Salmon Bothy' Peaceful Studio Close to Beach

Just an 8 minute walk from Shegra Beach, this remote and cosy studio will help you to slow down and unwind. Close to many spectacular walks including the well known Sandwood Bay. A few miles from the village of Kinlochbervie and a great base for exploring the west coast and the NC500. Please be aware, due to us being in a remote and rural location, shops/restaurants and services are minimal and for the same reason the wifi is not the fastest, however it is fine for browsing and messaging.

We have a flat joined onto our home a working croft overlooking Polin beach. Inside is a large bedroom wth ensuite bathroom, then a large open plan kitchen and living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, and a large TV with free view. Wifi is available but is slow. Outside has a private parking space with a table and bench for sitting at. No pets. We are three miles from kinlochbervie village but a five minute walk to Polin beach.

Cosy lounge with wood burning stove, 3 bdrms, 2 bthrms. The famous Smoo Cave and closest pub/restaurant are one mile away. Durness village hosts two shops, petrol station, and another pub/restaurant. Balnakeil Craft Village has local artists and businesses including a chocolatier, hairdresser, eatery, art galleries, and more.

Standing alone at the top of Braes in Ullapool it has a wonderful cosy feeling when wrapped up inside, offering out of the way tranquillity whilst still being able to enjoy the amazing scenery no matter what the weather conditions. There is a beautiful walk around the river blackwater just minutes from the cabin with falls and old bridges. Or just cosy up inside and listen to music on Alexa or watch movies on Netflix, or just dine out and relax on the decking with a glass of wine.
