A vacation on the farm, only without a fence. At night you can admire the stars at the fire pit and gaze into the depths of space. The house is perfect for families.

Blue vacation apartment in Görne in the Havelland

Our blue vacation apartment, featuring a combined kitchen-living room, bedroom, and modern bathroom, invites you to unwind and make yourself comfortable. The apartment offers a comfortable box-spring bed for 2 people and a high-quality sofa bed for 2 more people. As soon as the weather allows it, there will be seating available in front of the apartment. If you want to work, a fiber-optic internet connection provides good conditions. Right next door, in the green vacation apartment, there is also space for 2–4 people.

Remise with vision

The vacation rental is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It has an unobstructed view to the south into the Havel region. On the first floor is a combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m² (431 sq. ft.). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. It can accommodate 3 more people.

Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Full kitchen, toilet with shower, private entrance, & more. Beach, 150m away, full use of garden.

1. Space for camping on the IL Ranch

Treat yourself to a break in your own camper, caravan, or tent while staying under the stars, in nature, in the middle of agricultural surroundings. Whether you're just passing through, or want to stay longer, you've come to the right place. Two well-kept bathrooms with shower and hot water are at your disposal. The Dosse is a 2-minute walk away and the area invites you to take long walks. Your dogs are allowed free of charge.

Reiterstübchen apartment in Neustadt (Dosse)

Lovingly furnished small apartment in the basement (on the main road) in the old town of Neustadt (Dosse). Due to a detour, there will be increased traffic. Centrally located and within walking distance of the stud farm. Ideal for tournament and course participants at the main and state stud farms as well as for vacationers who want to discover the varied surroundings.

The village is quietly located, directly on an old Havel arm. If you are looking for tranquility and nature, this is the place to be! From water activities such as swimming and stand-up paddling to fascinating bird and crane watching, the area offers a variety of ways to connect with nature. In the evening, the Westhavelländer Sternenpark invites you to stargaze.

Cozy apartment in a quiet location

For our guests, the attic of a former stable was converted. This apartment (about 56 m²) was also created. TV, free Wi-Fi, shower room (with hairdryer) and kitchen (coffee filter machine, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher) as well as bed linen and towels are standard with us.
