Had a great stay at this beautiful home! Plenty of space for our party and a lovely yard/outdoor space was a bonus. Convenient to many places to eat in Portsmouth/Newport and easy to get to/from.

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Very clean, ideal location tucked away near the downtown area. Walkable to most everything in downtown Newport. Host was very responsive and welcoming. The apartment was a bit pricy for what it was, and there were some serious scuff marks / damage to one of the walls that we reported immediately when we checked in so they knew it wasn't from our stay. The walls were very thin so we could hear everything the room next door was doing, but other than that, it was a great stay.

We loved our stay! It’s perfect distance to walk to dinner downtown. Off street parking was a huge plus. Brennan gave us a great recommendation upon our arrival! Love the touch of having snacks and drinks in the fridge. Overall perfect place to stay at in Newport!

Linda’s place was a perfect spot to visit Watch Hill, Westerly, Stonington, and Mystic. The pond view is beautiful and Linda was so welcoming and friendly. We brought our dog who was having a bit of separation anxiety and Linda was very understanding. The apartment is lovely and private and well appointed. Highly recommend!

This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

This home is gorgeous and filled with timeless artifacts and family heirlooms. Beautiful spots to sit outside with a morning coffee. My partner and I made a point of staying in and cooking one night because we felt right at home and wanted to appreciate the ambiance. We enjoyed the privacy and proximity to Newport very much as well. Well outside any potential chaos of downtown yet only a couple minute drive to Easton Beach. Thank you so much!

A beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. I loved hearing the birds sing in the morning! Lots to do within the home, and very short ride to the city. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a home vibe! Also, lots of art on display and plenty of books to read. Thank you for the hospitality!

Wonderful weekend stay at Kathleen’s oceanfront cottage. Charming neighborhood makes you consider moving to Newport if you could afford it! Loved our stay and would love to return in the future. Kathleen is a superb and welcoming host.

Yosefa's place actually felt like a home instead of a personality-less Airbnb. We loved all of the plants and the colorful decor. The street that it's on is very quiet, but there are lots of things to do just a short walk away. We would definitely stay again!

This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. Bedrooms were comfy, and everyone in my group had a lovely time. Thank you!

Galen and Clark were wonderful hosts. Galen was one of the friendliest and most responsive and accommodating hosts I've ever had with Airbnb and I've stayed at many. The house is in a beautiful setting with a gorgeous garden. It was wonderful to have a comfortable sitting area along with two lovely bedrooms for my visit there with an old friend. Also, very clean. We stayed for Folkfest. Close to the ferry to Fort Adams, walkable to many restaurants and bars. Andrew was a very responsive host. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Andrew!
