This cute little neighborhood is quiet and lovely while also being convenient (7 minute drive) to downtown Providence. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Michael’s place. It is clean, comfortable and convenient. Be sure to stop at the Taunton Avenue bakery for authentic Portuguese pastries.

The apartment is really great, very spacious, conformable beds, very well equipped and wonderful bathroom. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and CVS. Quiet neighborhood and Farmers market close by during summer. Hosts are extremely nice and respond to any questions in a matter of minutes. This is the second time me or my family stayed in the apartment and have always had a great time. Thank you very much!

The place was in a great area with so much to do in walking distance. It was very clean and the pictures were exactly as they were posted on the listing. Hector responded very quickly and gave great recommendations. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal!

Susan's place is a nice, quiet, cosy little attic apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and described in the comments (and in all the other reviews). The location is a quiet, residential street. The bed is comfortable. The shower works well. If you are as tall as I am (6'2''), you'll find yourself crouching in some parts, such as by toilet and getting in and out of the shower, but I was able to stand upright for most of the apartment. The location is convenient enough. It is possible to walk to/from the train station (about 20 mins) and to Downtown Providence (about 30 mins). I had only a backpack with me and was therefore able to use a Spin scooter to quickly get to/from the city. Overall, the place matched what I was looking for my short, two-day stay in Providence. We spent a wonderful weekend at Rachel's home. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Many restaurants, beach, shopping and sites a short ride away. Rachel was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this house and area, just beautiful! We hope to visit again soon.

Perfect location to attend our daughter’s St Andrew’s graduation. Wish we had found this earlier for parents weekends and attending games! Nice to have an option right in Barrington!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jackie and Rob’s place! We loved sitting on the porch enjoying the waterfront view. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We took several walks in nearby Rocky Point Park. The home is beautiful with everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

We have stayed at Peter’s home twice now, both times were a great experience. Easy check in, the space was clean, got back to us super fast with any questions we had, and the house really has everything you need! We would highly recommend this home, and will book again in the future!

Kristen was absolutely an amazing host. Made you feel right at home and super communicative and inclusive. She provided a welcome basket that had great things that you will probably need on your travel. The location is Excellent centrally located between the University, Narragansett, and Newport. I highly recommend staying at Kristen‘s place if you’re looking for a peaceful & private Rhode Island adventure/retreat. We look forward to coming back and staying here!

Jason’s place was perfect, very clean and had everything you need. He was proactive and very helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do and food in the area. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Newport.

The house was exactly how I imagined it. A very relaxed beautiful setting with birds chirping and right near the water. The home was gorgeous and Leigh Anne was great with communicating and all the lovely touches that she did that went above and beyond. I was unwell and she dropped off tissues and specials teas etc to help and advised me on the best way to get to a Doctor. The place was amazing and a real oasis to relax and unwind on a very busy 5 week trip. We had 3 night here and we wish we could of had more. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

This place was great! It was wonderful to stay in such a historic building. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the check-in/check-out instructions were very easy, and the host also provided suggestions for nearby restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!

We rented Kathi's place for our girls trip to Newport! It was plenty big and spacious to comfortably accommodate our group of 5. The best part is the prime location! Couldn't have asked for a better one - the Bodhi spa is right across the street, good restaurants that we could just walk to, plenty of shopping on the street. Kathi was always very responsive and even gave us early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Having free parking is a bonus on Thames St, you know if you have ever been to Newport! Overall we all had a fabulous time. Thanks Kathi.

This is the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. From the location (incredible and walking distance to everything in downtown Newport) to the decor, cleanliness, & amenities, this airbnb was perfect for a girls weekend in Newport, RI. I only wish my stay was longer but I would book again in a heartbeat! Every single girl on the trip could not get over how perfect the airbnb was and how on earth I’d found it. Bragging rights forever, thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

I cannot recommend Kelly’s place highly enough! Truly the perfect getaway spot. Close to everything and if you just want to relax you feel very much at home!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

This was a great place. We found it cozy and comfortable. It is in an older, quaint neighborhood within shouting distance to Brown University. There are plenty of restaurants and things to see within walking distance. Providence is a cool town.

Pros: This place was amazing. It has 3 large bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins. It fully sleeps 6 vs many places say they do cramming people onto double beds, sleeper sofas and couches. But these were all very comfortable beds with lots of space in the rooms. Great kitchen and living room. 2 large bathrooms. Cons: It's 2/3 below the sidewalk and is on a corner, so there is definitely street noise, so bring ear plugs. We were so happy with this place and I would definitely stay there again and recommend highly!
