We stay at this property once a year. The property and location are both amazing, but the responsiveness and consideration of the host is what keeps us coming back year after year. If you do manage to find a comparable property I can guarantee you will not find comparable hosts. They're amazing!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay! The house was perfectly set up with enough space and so many little extras that made us feel right at home. The surroundings were so quiet and peaceful- it was so relaxing to sit outside at the fire pit and listen to the river. Beth was always quick to respond and so kind to work with. We were all sad to go! I only wish we lived closer to be able to come back and visit again!!

This stay was everything we needed. It was peaceful, relaxing, clean, beautiful, and gorgeous! The river front property allows you to hear the river with the windows open for relaxing white noise at all times. The landscape was beautiful and the house was so comfortable. Allison was kind and left very clear instructions. She was also quick to respond and help us out when we needed it! HIGHLY recommend!

Our family loved our stay in Sandy, OR. The view of Mt. Hood was stunning, and the house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the setting was quiet and private—perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommend!

Mark’s mountain cabin was perfect! Beautiful wooded location in a quiet neighborhood, with amazing proximity to a thousand trails. It was absolutely perfect for our long weekend getaway. Loved the kitchen and deck - we hit the Hoodland Farmers Market and grilled/cooked every night we stayed. Heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch! Super cute, clean, and comfortable overall, and very dog friendly! We do not have dogs, but 10/10 recommend this spot for anyone who does. Really thoughtful touches everywhere, for both people and pets. We had a mishap that was sheer bad luck during our trip, and Mark was incredibly helpful and responsive. I would recommend him as a host just as much as his cabin. We will definitely be on the lookout for this gem the next time we want to escape to the Mt Hood wilderness!

Loved our stay at Christa’s Cabin, definitely recommended to book in you’re the mount hood area. Cabin was clean and perfect size for our small family of 4. Close proximity to the sandy river, shops and restaurants. Crista was responsive and accommodated our late check out due our flight schedule. We absolutely love staying at The Foxglove! Aaron is a wonderful host, the house is full of great items to make you feel right at home. The kitchen is stocked with all the items you need to cook at home, and the layout is great for us! We both work remotely and are able to set up offices, as well as have a space for relaxing and enjoying a good movie, or cozy up with a book. We are repeat vacationers to the area and always try to stay at Aaron's home if it is available. Thank you for another great stay!

We enjoyed staying here! It was very cozy, and the surrounding area was quite beautiful with a few walking trails for the community. There were lots of practical touches to keep the warmth inside and everything was charmingly decorated, including the gnomes outside. The hot tub was great, but check the temp you want before you're ready to get in. We also loved the reclining couch. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Great house, great location and sparkling clean! At first, we were thinking that there is nowhere to walk our dog. We like very long walks at least three times a day. Next day we found the pass to the other part of the neighborhood with unlimited amount of trails along the river and in the forest. It is just couple minutes away from the house. Our favorite forest entrance is the one dedicated to Ladybug dog. It is a very nice pass to the river. The living room has big enough table for the board games nights. I see that some people complain about the mattress. It is memory foam one. You either like this type or you don’t in general. It worked perfectly for me, though my husband complained it is too soft for him. Kids really liked upstairs beds. The house also equipped with everything for the dogs. We didn’t need it as we bring everything for our pup as we travel a lot and many houses don’t have dog items. You will find: bowls, towels, poop bags, etc. Thank you for having us!

We had a great time for a spontaneous getaway! Our kids really enjoyed the books and toys provided, and the hot tub was a hit! The home is beautiful and in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

This is a cabin with extras! The pizza oven is the biggest standout, and it was supported by a truly well equipped kitchen. The appliances are high quality and like- new. Even the dishwasher is quiet. The bathroom of also deluxe. The heated floors were perfect on cold mornings. The deck has a great view for a morning coffee or soak in the hot tub. John is a great host- he's communicative and quick to respond. I can't wait to visit again.

What a treat to stay at this amazing home! My husband and our two pups were looking for a quiet escape from our busy lives and this place did not disappoint! There’s so much to do on the property, from the bunk house to the hot tub, to exploring the area. It feels extremely private, and serene, but is also close to restaurants and other activities. We absolutely loved our stay and would be thrilled to have a chance to stay again!

We had a great stay here. Everything was just as described. It's very private and perfect for a medium sized group. The layout was perfect for group activities in multiple spaces. Kyla was great to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again

Wonderful, quaint stay at this cabin. Proximity to Mt. Hood was perfect for what we needed. Fireplace was cozy and definitely added to the ambiance. Nice clean home. Would return again!

A real gem! We had a lovely stay at Joe's place. It was private and beautiful - a perfect retreat for the weekend. We felt right at home - the cabin was so cozy and the view from the back yard was stunning. Joe was a great host, giving us local recommendations and very responsive. Everything was above and beyond what we expected! We look forward to staying again in the future.

The cottage is sweet, roomy and comfortable. Well-equipped with everything you could want. The back yard goes down to the creek and is amazing. So relaxing to sit outside. Like a fairy land!

Amy is an amazing host that provides awesome hospitality. The place is nice and clean and most importantly — it is so spacious that can easily fit at least 7 people. The environment is quiet and has a beautiful scenic surroundings. Highly recommend and would visit again!
