Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Main house and studio location seen on photo 14.

Exceptional location. Beach, shore fishing 100 m from the house. Quiet and relaxation assured! Garden 300 m2 and terrace 40 m2 sea view. In a cul-de-sac, bus stop 200 m, close to shops 700 m, Port Louis 2 km, you can take the batobus to get to Lorient (15 min) or Gâvres (10 min). Ground floor living room, 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 160 and 1 bed of 140) shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 140, 1 bed of 90 and 1 baby bed), mezzanine with sofa, shower room, separate toilet.

Recently and completely renovated, we did everything to keep its authenticity. You will enjoy the calm of the countryside, near the sea: the small sea of Gâvres is a 5-minute drive, the Gâvres peninsula, its beaches and Port-Louis are 8 minutes away.
