Stone house with rooftop terrace

We rent our beautiful vacation home in southern France! The traditional stone house is one of only a few in the entire village with a roof terrace and is in the second row to the famous "Orbieu" bathing river. The house was renovated in 2023 and is unique to the area thanks to the modern kitchen, the tasteful bathroom and the newly designed roof terrace. The stylish interior does the rest. The neighboring village of Lagrasse is crowned as one of the most beautiful villages in France!

The Riverside Gîte

The Riverside Gîte is on the banks of the River Orbieu with views to Lagrasse's 12th century stone bridge and Abbey. This luxurious 2 bedroom apartment has been incorporated into what were the medieval ramparts of the village and is part of a remarkable house of grand proportions which houses three beautiful apartments. Its prime position on the river gives the gite a wonderful feeling of being in the countryside, with the sound of the river to lull you to sleep at night.

Located in the heart of Minervois, in the historic center of the village of Caunes Minervois, Maison 5 is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation peacefully. It is an invitation to the sweetness of life. Close to the medieval city of Carcassonne, at the foot of the Montagne Noire and 40 minutes from the first beaches of the Mediterranean, it is perfect as a base for visits to the region. It can also be used as a stopover during a business trip due to its functionality.

At the foot of the ramparts and a somewhat secret staircase leading to the heart of the medieval city, our charming, fully renovated and equipped house is ideal for your family! You will make the most of this wonderful monument and relax in a serene and comfortable place with careful decoration. The 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom (shower) and a television screen, just like in a hotel. Every morning, you will enjoy delicious pastries delivered to your door.

Calm and relaxation will be at your fingertips thanks to a covered terrace, a private swimming pool (8 m x 4 m). You can discover a swimming area and a supervised body of water that is very popular in high season, in the village a 10-minute walk away.

Treat yourself to a stay in a self-contained studio within my home, located in the centre of the historic and stunning medieval village of Lagrasse. This contemporary styled ground floor studio apartment is 25m², has a fully equipped kitchen area and en suite shower room. No early check-in or late check out possible, and please note that it is not suitable for babies and children.
