Holiday rentals with a patio in Ribeirão Preto

Apartamento Clean, well located, attentive host, has met our needs and we will no doubt host again.

We chose this house not only because the photos were very beautiful but because the location would be very close to the show we were going to. We arrived, and surprisingly, the sensations seemed to be better than the photos. The house was beautiful, the environment extremely clean, it had that clean house smell. All the rooms had air conditioning, the shower is very powerful and warm, the bed was wonderful, super cozy. Finally, the areas of the apartment, the kitchen is extremely well-equipped. In the outdoor areas, the condominium was well located, next to a good quality market, one of the days we went to the pool and there was only us, the highlight was the credit-based beer machine, we loved it hahaha. We will definitely come back, since the focus of this trip was the show. We can only thank Lorena, the communication was totally clear, we had no doubts about anything and she has already given several tips about the common areas of the condominium, the decoration, how complete the apartment is, in addition to being super clean

The apartment is spacious, very well located and exactly as in the photos. Everything was clean and well organized, with essential items available that made all the difference (from kitchen utensils to small details that show care for the guest). The stay was quiet from start to finish. I highly recommend and would come back for sure!

Adriano is an excellent host. Comprehensible and helpful, quickly responds to messages. The village promptly answered to remedy some minor problems. The location of the condominium is excellent, and it is very quiet and familiar, with 24h concierge. The apartment is good and serves a family of 3 or 4 well for an extended period (we stayed 2 months). Excellent refrigerator, washer and tv. It has plenty of locker to store things, in the rooms, kitchen and laundry room. The beds are taller than normal and the room table and lower sink, but get used to it. The sofa is not very comfortable. 2 only inconveniences they may have is that the apartment is on the second floor and has no elevator, and the car is uncovered, without any shade. We recommend the apartment and your host!

The hosts are extremely didactic! Hosting was top notch. Very clean and cozy place. The location is close to bars and restaurants, which helped me a lot to have a good dinner nearby. Indico and I'll come back more often!

The house is brand new, recently built and very well equipped, both with kitchen utensils and with bed linen and towels. The location is easily accessible, with a full supermarket just a few steps away, on the same sidewalk as the house. I'll definitely come back more often!

Keile was very flexible with the schedules, the house is beautiful with a very beautiful view, everything was super clean.

Almost everything is great. Only caveats: (1) the first entrance to the building is a little time consuming and was a little chaotic and (2) the bathroom would benefit greatly from some minor improvements.
