This perfectly located accommodation offers easy access to all sites and amenities. On the second floor without elevator, not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Located in the city center, 7 min walk from the river, fitness trail, tennis, and at the foot of shops and restaurants. Fully equipped, dishwasher/coffee maker/microwave/oven/TV/sheets and towels provided (bed not made), dish towels, 1 bedroom (140 cm bed), toilet/bathroom. Check-in is between 3 p.m. and midnight and check-out is before 11 a.m.

Medieval Fort, Sud Ardèche stunning loft with pool

Formally a fortified castle “Fort de La Bastide “ was constructed on the site of a Roman military station. The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

"Sous un Olivier": Le Figuier & Le Châtaignier are 2 small townhouses of 50 m2 built on our 4,500 m2 property with lots of trees, with independent access. Symmetrical configuration: the terraces are opposite each other, giving each couple perfect tranquility. On the ground floor, 35 m2 living room, open kitchen, toilet. Upstairs, 18 m2 air-conditioned bedroom (160 cm bed) with dressing room, shower room. Tastefully decorated, with utmost comfort. Semi-above-ground pool 3x5 m.

Come and discover our charming and welcoming village classified for its beautiful terraces of vines and olive trees. Gite Lou Pitchounet Labeled: 3-star Furnished Tourist Accommodation. 35 m2 studio, with independent entrance. Beautiful services with air conditioning, TV and equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens onto a large "saltwater" pool and its beach. To the west, on the bedroom side, a nice terrace for sunbathing in complete privacy. In front of the terrace, in its green setting, a 2-seater Jacuzzi strictly reserved for our cottage guests. And, of course, plancha available poolside.

L'Olive, pretty eco-friendly house for 4 people

Located in Southern Ardèche, L'Olive offers Blanche, a 48 m² eco-house with a capacity of 4 people. It includes free Wi-Fi, a living room equipped with a TV, two bedrooms - one with a double bed (Queen Size - 160 cm) and the second with 2 single beds (90 cm). Its kitchen includes fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, MALONGO espresso coffee maker. The pool is shared with the 3 other cottages that make up this small vacation domaine.

Sorène – A Farmhouse in the Cévennes

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to our yurt located in the heart of nature. Built with ecological materials, furnished with care, it is located 100m from the river and its large sandy beach, in one of the most beautiful valleys of Ardèche ! The 20m2 yurt can easily accommodate two adults and two children. A wooden house of 15m2 is also dedicated to you with kitchen, bathroom, toilet and, as a bonus, a view of the river!

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.
