The "House Helene" in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow was built around 1826, received an extension in the 1930s and was renovated and expanded in 2011/2012. It is located in the heart of the village, approx. a 10-minute walk from both the Baltic Sea and the Bodden with the Wustrow harbor. It is located on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via the main entrance and a narrow wooden staircase. The living room is open to the lower hallway. The bedrooms are lockable, the kitchen has a door.

Charming apartment at the gateway to Fischland

Our house is located in Klockenhagen, so to speak at the gateway to Fischland and the Darss peninsula. Here there is plenty of peace, wide views of the green surroundings and a pleasant distance to the tourist crowds of the seaside resorts. By car, you can reach the beach of Neuhaus in 8 minutes. By bike, you can ride half an hour through the Ribnitz Forest and through the moor to the large water. From the window you can watch deer and cranes. Day trips can be started from here in all directions.

Vacation apartment "Alte Büdnerei 19" Dierhagen

Today located at Lindenstraße 18 Dierhagens, the "Büdnerei No. 19" of my family has always been there. In 1853, the original house was lost in a major fire in the village. The Grand Duke of Mecklenburg immediately granted the residents of Dierhagen special loans to rebuild their farms. In 2022, I began to renovate the old family home from scratch. The apartment on the upper floor was lovingly designed with new timber framing and the old hand-stroke bricks from the 1850s.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. Zwischendeck - a cozy apartment for two

The cozy apartment "Zwischendeck" for 2 people is located on the first floor directly under the roof of the old captain's house Dade. The slopes and window niches give the open living space with dining area and kitchenette a special charm. The spacious daylight bathroom has a shower tub, sink and toilet. In the bedroom, we used the sloping ceilings for a cozy sleeping berth and integrated a chest of drawers and the clothes rack on the window side.

With over 23,000 hours of sunshine a year and its endless sandy beaches, it offers the perfect conditions for a relaxing vacation by the sea. Water sports enthusiasts such as sailors, surfers, kiters and canoeists will get their money's worth on the 45 km long coast. The Erdbeerhof with its numerous attractions is only a few minutes away by car.

Vacation on the Baltic Sea

Relax at this special and peaceful place to stay. The vacation rental is located on the edge of Ribnitz Damgarten on our property, but has a separate entrance and is completely independent from the main apartment. The apartment was completed in 2023. We are still in the process of designing the outdoor facilities. However, the apartment with terrace is finished. It is 2 km to the Saaler Bodden and 8 km to the Baltic Sea.
