Very positive experience. The apartment is very comfortable, you forget about the car! Quiet place, frequented mostly by families, surrounded by greenery. With a comfortable walk through a pine forest you reach the beach where there is a crystal clear sea. Included in the cost of the apartment you are entitled to an umbrella and two deck chairs both by the sea and in the pool. There are two very clean pools, one with a water slide, the children had a lot of fun and can move quietly on their own inside the property. We had an inconvenience with the pillows that were really low and too soft and others were promptly provided very comfortable. Everything is perfect, the house is equipped with everything you may need and even more! There is also a dishwasher that gives a big hand on vacation! Highly recommended

beautiful resort at head of the Vatican...perfect for those looking for tranquility....really very nice and with so much green....the thing I definitely liked the most is the family run... everyone makes you feel like you are at home... I would definitely recommend it and I would go back

The stay in Villa Grazia was amazing! The rooms were really clean and aesthetics. Definitely recommend to stay in Ricadi in Villa Grazia, if your are looking for a relaxing Clabria experience. The beaches are in a 25 min walk, so offcourse better if you have a car or a Vespe, but it's still walkable distance. The beaches itself are really beutiful, not overcrouded and with a turquoise water. The Residence had a washmashine and a small gym, wich is really handy, if you stay for a longer period.

Amazing place, great hospitality! Worth the money for sure! Place is perfectly located to visit one of the best beaches/ cities around (Tropea, Capo Vaticano, Pizzo, Zungri, Spilinga) Recommend!

the accommodation is clean and clear. on the other hand, the resort was full, resulting in a shortage of parking spaces and a noisy pool. attention: read the rules before booking: electricity is not included: consumption related to air conditioning, hot water tank, washing machine, dishwasher and lighting will be your responsibility. count at least 10€ per day paying attention (air conditioning put for a few hours in 2 bedrooms) moreover, Emma had not given us clear instructions for self check-in and it was laborious to arrive at the accommodation (even if co-host Ristead tried to correct these approximations)

Great accommodation, small studio but equipped with everything: bathroom with shower, kitchen, outdoor dining table. Staff always available for any need. Great value for money, also considering that the price includes the rental of umbrella and deck chairs. Car needed to reach the sea and various amenities. Recommended.

If you are considering this property, look no further! We were so comfortable, wonderful kitchen, spacious living room with a view that must be one of the best in Tropea! The apartment is flooded with light! Alexei provided snacks, milk, yogurt, prosecco, fruit, simple breakfast pastries, juice, water, everything you need to start a wonderful relaxing trip to Tropea! The town is absolutely beautiful, with endless cafes and shops. The beach is very close and one of the most beautiful I’ve seen in all my travels! We’re already dreaming of a return to Tropea, and when we do, this property will be our first choice!

Clean and well-kept accommodation surrounded by immense tranquility, Franco, the owner of the house, and his wife Pina, are two exquisite people, very kind and always ready to meet any need, maximum availability with schedules and with the use of the house, where there is plenty of space and tranquility at will. Very well equipped house, spacious, with terrace, garden (common) and private parking in front of the house. Maximum availability and courtesy of the host (Valeria). There is no direct access to the sea but within walking distance there are the most beautiful beaches on the Costa degli Dei. p.s. remember to bring or buy everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom (salt, oil, detergent, foam bath, etc., etc., which are not available), which are not available).

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

The village is very well maintained and quiet. There are two very clean pools with a lifeguard and security. The apartment is new and equipped with all comforts. The host is a very polite and helpful person. Upon our arrival in the apartment, we found water, juice and what you need for the first hours. He was always available to address any of our needs. The sea is not one of the best parts of the Calabrian coast, but the beach is equipped with a lido with umbrellas and deckchairs, accessible through a pine forest.

If only I could've stayed longer in Dinami! Francesca and her mother were so kind, helpful, and welcoming- the perfect hosts and the definition of hospitality. The space is even more beautiful in person with lovely artwork on the walls. And just up the street you can look out over Dinami and the mountains. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I stayed for a week in one of the lucky apartments, one on the first floor with a terrace on which we admire the sea every day. The entire villa is well cared for in cleanliness, in the garden and in common spaces. The location is great, very close to the private beach with umbrella and deckchair included in the price and also great for visiting nearby places. Amenities such as ATMs, post offices, supermarkets, etc. are just a few minutes away by car. The furniture in the apartment is a little dated but still in great condition and functional. The villa is managed by fortunate and his family and everyone is busy to make sure that guests are well during their stay, they are friendly and helpful... they are always ready to recommend if requested. We had a great time.
