Great location, close to downtown. The apartment was tidy, clean and well serviced. The host Alessandro is very helpful and kind. I recommend this accommodation to those who want to spend a holiday in Riccione.

Definitely a positive experience. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. A little gem. Everything is very well cared for, from the furniture to the equipment to the terrace. Quiet area, very close to the sea. Pedestrian area not far away. Attilio is a very helpful and friendly person.

We spent 2 really wonderful nights in Claudia and Alessandro's Luxury apartment in Riccione. The house is exactly as in the photos: modern, very clean and cared for in every detail. The location is convenient for reaching both the sea and the center, but at the same time quiet for a good night's rest. Claudia and Alessandro were exceptional hosts, helpful and attentive to every request. They gave us great advice on restaurants and beaches and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort, elegance and a warm welcome. We will definitely be back!

Great location, spacious, good size balcony, clean and David and his colleagues are very nice and helpful. Would recommend to stay here, very good!
