The house was located in a nice area which was very close to local grocery stores, parks, and tennis courts. The place was spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook anything you want. Jeesoo was very responsive to any questions we had. The only thing I would say as an FYI is that the bed is rather firm and if you plan to work from here the wifi can be spotty at times. Overall was a great place for my husband and I to stay

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Abul let us check in at 10 am and was very accomodating. The unit is fully equipped with anything you might need.Most importantly Abul was very welcoming towards us and my family, he is the most hospitable host I have come across. We will definitely stay again with them soon.

What a great host with quick, friendly and informative communication. Easy and convenient check in and check out. The place was so big and comfy. So many wonderful amenities and a huge comfy bed. So many modern touches that made me wish I had them at home too, like a motion sensitive night light in the bathroom. The TVs had Roku so I could easily use any of my streaming services by just signing in. Made me feel right at home. They also offered a parking spot which was an amazing game changer in a city where parking is a premium. I was very comfortable and satisfied and what a great bargain too. I would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend this flat if you want to stay in Toronto. The owners are lovely and really attentive to our needs. The flat is really well located, you can go in bus/metro to the CN Tower and Harbour, and in bus to the coast. The host created a portfolio with all instruction about how to use the equipments and where to eat around. The flat is really close (5 minutes walking) to Little Italy, where you will find a lot of restaurants. There is no kitchen but it is easy to manage with a microwave and an oven, you have also a coffee machine. The flat is a little dark because in the basement but you have access to a private terrasse and garden to take a coffee and enjoy the sun. We were lucky to have a great weather in Toronto, and accordingly a lot of street food festivals and activities in the city. Thank you a lot to Doug and Michelle for their hospitality !! Hope to come back one day.

Our recent experience at Shaunvir and Sydney's guest suite was very comfortable, spacious and well equiped. It didn't feel like a basement apartment as there were lots of windows, 9 ft. ceilings and a private entrance that led out to a pretty & private backyard. We loved having 2 bathrooms and it was nice to have a large sparkling clean tub to soak in if you enjoy baths. The kitchen had an abundance of storage and perfect for long term rentals. There was also a walk in closet with shelving in the main bedroom that was perfect for keeping everything organized! We barely heard anything on the main floor other than the occasional muffled footstep. I ran into the owners who lives on the main floor only a couple times in the almost 2 weeks of residing here and they were very respectful, kind and friendly. Overall it was a wonderful AIRBNB experience. Communication with Sydney was top notch. Availability seems to fill up quite quickly and we understand why!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Airbnb near the Leslieville neighbourhood of Toronto, and I can't recommend it enough! I was impressed by the sleek, modern design. The apartment was spotless and felt like a boutique hotel, but with all the comforts of home. The amenities were top-notch. The location is close to cafes, bars, transit, etc. making it the perfect base for exploring Toronto. A special shout out to Lesley, the host, who was incredibly communicative and welcoming. We'll be back!

I stayed here with my family for two nights while visiting the city! The space was super nice and welcoming. Spotless, updated, and comfortable. About a 10min walk to transit but straight forward and the neighbourhood felt very safe.

Enkelejda's place was wonderful, very clean & spacious. Huge closet space, high ceilings, fully equipped kitchen are just a few of the stand out features to this home. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe; only a 12 minute walk to the subway line. She is also very warm & communicative, would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

The owner was very co-ordinated and was able to respond to all our concerns and was really helpful and she helped us to check in late night. The experience was worthwhile and I would also look forward to book this in the future.

Great stay! It was perfect for a weekend visit for our friend’s wedding at the Guildwood Estate.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! John went above and beyond with his kindness and hospitality. We were especially grateful that he even allowed us to use their laundry room, which was a huge help and wasn't something we expected. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

This was a great space to stay. Walking the neighborhood was perfect for us, thrift stores, great cafes, and other food. Getting Lyft pick up was also easy to get to other areas of Toronto. Hosts were great, as this is a basement apartment, we did hear some activity above us during the day, but nothing at night when sleeping. Would stay here again.

Kim was proactive in reaching out before we arrived and everything was clean and ready for us. We did not realize how beautiful the property was with so much nature surrounding the house and were so pleasantly surprised by it! I would definitely recommend Kim’s if you are looking for a convenient and well maintained property north of Toronto. I’d be happy to stay there again next time!

We really enjoyed the stay at Alireza’s home. You’ll find all the amenities you could possible need for your stay. Alireza was very friendly and helpful. The location is really great with a short walk to the waterfront. Highly recommend this place for your next stay. Will definitely come back again!

It is an absolutely beautiful place. It is a very modern unit. It is absolutely clean and very bright. The unit has all amenities: spacious living area, cozy bedroom, very modern bathroom, and full kitchen. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a perfect 11 days stay in Saeed’s place. The host: -Saeed is very fast responding person -He is also very friendly and kind he offered us a ride while meeting him outside The neighborhood: -Very quiet and nice neighborhood. -5 min walk to the bus stop. -Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. -Big supermarket and Hillcrest mall is 20 min walk. -Park and playground for kind 15 min walk. The place: -2 bedrooms basement exactly as described by Saeed and his photos. -Spacious place with clean and neat furniture. -Fully equipped kitchen as we cooked more than once like being at home. -Clean bathroom with bidet (specifically for Middle Eastern) -Rooms are clean with cabinets and comfy beds. -Centrally heated with extra fire place and extra heater in one bedroom. -Easy self check in/out with some flexibility.
