Holiday rentals with breakfast in Richmond

Stephanie was very friendly, helpful and kind. My room was nicely done, clean and comfortable. It's a lovely house. Secure parking space. Will most certainly like to come again.

It's easy to travel to London city centre via train and underground. Whitton station is only about 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. Laura was very generous in providing a basket of fruits, juice, milk etc. for our enjoyment. Thank you, Laura!

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

Charlie and Lee are the very embodiment of what every Air B&B host should aspire to be - they are a warm, kind and welcoming couple who genuinely enjoy hosting people. Staying here felt like visiting family friends - a home away from home, even when you have travelled far. We enjoyed our stay immensely - the location is unbeatable! It is both peaceful and quiet (a short walk away from the beautiful Richmond Park) but at the same time it has easy access to the heart of Central London with a 30 minute direct train line into Waterloo. The room is very comfortable, clean and extremely spacious - excellent value for the price. I can confidently say that this will be one of the very best Air B&B's you will have stayed at, and would recommend it very strongly if you are visiting London.

Mira's home was an absolutely wonderful place for us to stay! It's a beautiful home located on a quiet street within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores and is just a short distance to Sheen Gate that goes into Richmond Park. It was the perfect location for us. The home was so comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. Is was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Mira was one of the best hosts we have ever had with the many Airbnb's we have stayed and was very quick to respond to anything we asked her about. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best and it was! We would highly recommend this home and would love to return to stay again some day. Thank you Mira for sharing your home! I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. I was especially touched by the extra care taken to prepare for my son’s stay: a high chair, cot bed, and even some lovely toys were all thoughtfully provided, which made a big difference for us as a family. The garden was a peaceful haven and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or letting my little one play. The location is ideal for a longer stay, with easy access to nearby attractions for day trips—and even London is not too far away. Every detail in the home showed how much the host cares about the guests’ comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’m so grateful for the warm hospitality and would love to come back again!

Conveniently located a short walk to the tube station and cafes/restaurants along Portobello road. Clean and modern flat on the quieter end of Notting Hill. Judith was a great host, welcomed us on arrival, and gave us some great recommendations to enjoy the area. Thanks again Judith!

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

Joanne was welcoming and helpful. The property was perfectly positioned for Hampton Court. There is a good selection of places to eat and drink. All, and the rail station, are in easy walking distance. The property is as described and very comfortable. Thank you Joanne for a comfortable stay.

I had an excellent stay at Gina’s London flat! Gina was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Borough Market and London Bridge tube station, with easy access to all the city’s highlights. The flat itself is quiet and peaceful, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. As a bonus, the views of The Shard and London Eye were spectacular! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

Staying here was like a happy little fairytale. It was so cozy and communal and made the trip to London the loveliest one I've had yet. The staff was so kind and helpful and the amenities made everything about the trip feel easy and breezy. I love the neighborhood so much and am so happy there's such a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of it.

Super nice stay in Caroline's apartment. The communication beforehand was also very pleasant and customer oriented. Apartment really meets everything you need. Nice quiet neighborhood. Good bed! (Only the sofa in the living room where my son slept is a bit thin). Small but nice bathroom, full kitchen and even a washing machine. Super sweet also that there were breakfast and snacks ready. The concierge is very friendly. There was a misunderstanding about our arrival time, but after a phone call, he arrived right away. From the Apartment really very easy to travel by bus, metro or bike to all places in London. 1 point of attention to people with allergies such as dust mites, the apartment is a little less suitable because it is very English furnished - which is very cozy - but because of the many rugs - also attracts a lot of dust. Incidentally, the apartment is really very clean! We really enjoyed it very much! Thank you!

Great stay, a little bit out of the city centre but public transport was very easy to use. Spent a few nights here and we were able to navigate our way around london as first timers! Room is as described and host was welcoming!

I had an absolutely lovely time at Shirley's! Shirley was so welcoming and made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was lovely to stay with a host as a younger person traveling solo! The room was incredibly comfortable and well kept, the bread and fixings for breakfast were delicious, and it was so easy to get anywhere in London I wanted to go! Shirley was so kind, and I had a wonderful stay!

The stay in Deborah’s house is like a dream, very luxurious, lovely kitchen, very comfortable bed, we slept like baby, the dogs are very lovely and not disturbing at all. Deborah gave us a feeling of coming home, she was very flexible with the reception, telling us nice story about the house, prepared delicious breakfast for us.

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

Margaret and her husband, Morris are warm and welcoming. They both were very helpful. Margaret is responsible for their guests and she is very competent - right on top of things all the time. I found the quiet, comfortable space I was looking for. She provided a great breakfast and I enjoyed meeting them and chatting to them. Great stay.
