Enjoy a pleasant stay with us between the countryside and the sea. The listing is located on the first floor of a house, with private access by an external staircase. It is dual-aspect with openings to the north, east and south. The ground floor is a garage, so you're the only tenants in the house. The accommodation is on the road between Moelan-sur-Mer and Kerfany, in a property where you will share the yard and part of the garden with us.

Cosy Gîte - The beach and the GR34 on foot

Our cottage, "Les Mouettes qui Caquétent" (The Cackling Seagulls), is located in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the forest, near Kerfany beach and the GR34 coastal path. The accommodation is situated in the village of Clec'h Burtul in Kerfany-les-Pins. The cottage is ideally suited for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4. You'll find a cozy and very peaceful retreat. The cottage is well-insulated for optimal thermal comfort in the summer.

Single-story apartment. In the center of Moëlan-sur-Mer, close to all amenities (restaurants, cinema, supermarket, bakery, etc.). Easy parking with free parking nearby. Kerfany, Pouldu beaches or the Carnoët state forest, the Belon River are close by by car. Access to the apartment is from a private patio. This is our family home, built by my great-grandparents in the early 1900s. Some family memories, authenticity and modern comfort await you. From the garden there is a beautiful sea view, Dourveil beach is nearby. There are 3 bedrooms with 180 x 200 beds, you can make a fireplace or have a barbecue and lunch outside. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests can park their car in front of the garden entrance.
