The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. "De Dépôt" is located within the ring of the city, 300m from the market. The attic room is on the 2nd floor. There is a double box spring (+ crib). Tea and coffee are in the mini kitchen. There is a double sink, a walk-in shower and a toilet. The sitting area with TV is on the second floor. There is also the second bedroom that is available as standard from a third guest. Additional charges will be made for this when booking for two people (request).

J'ai décoré mon appartement avec des meubles chinés et trouvés sur des brocantes. Enfin, je suis disponible pour vous conseiller sur les bonnes adresses de notre ville. Je précise que votre WC - totalement privé - se trouve à quelques marches sur le palier dans la cage de l'escalier (voir commentaires)

This apartment surrounded by meadows is very rural along the Mergelland route and a short distance from Maastricht and Valkenburg. Both from the living room and the bedroom one has a beautiful view over the hilly landscape. Maastricht city center, MUMC+, Maastricht University and the Mecc are accessible from this location by public transport. An excellent spot for both a relaxing and business stay!
