We had a great stay. Francesco who welcomed us gave lots of useful recommendations and was always on hand to help. The villa was as described. We loved the outhouse next to the pool and hot tub and enjoyed playing pool and cooking there. Our only downside was that there is no where to walk to nearby although this was warned of with a car being advised as essential. The beaches are 30-40 minute car journey away. We visited scala dei turchi, licata, valley of temples and Cefalu with Cefalu being a longer day trip (1.5 hours each way) but worth it. Thank you, we will back to Sicily I am sure!

I could give 10 stars, I would. I arrived at 2 AM, much later than expected, & the host Stefano was the perfect gentleman—welcoming me warmly & helping me settle in. Everything has been done with love & attention to detail. The private room, with its own entrance, outdoor space, kitchen & newly updated bathroom was peaceful & spotless. The next morning, Stefano checked in via text, making sure every need was met—even ones I hadn’t thought of. He showed me the beautiful grounds filled with fragrant linden trees (tigli), the garden, the pool & even drove me to a local restaurant & back. That evening, he helped order pizza & later surprised me with fresh fruit from his garden. His wife brought vegetables so I could make a salad. Their kindness made me feel like family. I travel often, & I can honestly say I have never encountered such gracious & thoughtful hosts. If you’re looking for serenity in the Sicilian countryside, look no further than La Casa Blu!

Villa Arillá is a fabulous place to spend time in Sicily. Close to Marina di Ragusa and nearby Ragusa, Scicli, Modica and Noto. Everything was easy and Tati was a fabulous host. We really enjoyed our holiday here and would thoroughly recommend it to others.

We spent two weeks in Giuseppe's vacation home and were completely thrilled. The house is beautiful (even better than expected) and the surroundings absolutely quiet. The children especially enjoyed the great pool, but the area also offers many opportunities for excursions. Guiseppe is a courteous host, we will gladly come back!

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Oriana is an absolutely wonderful host. She is extremely welcoming and helpful - nothing is too much. Oriana greeted us personally upon arrival and showed us around and how a few things worked. She then came back later on with fresh pizza dough - which she went out of her way to source on an Italian Bank Holiday, when most places were closed. She then stayed and helped make the pizza bases, whilst her husband was outside showing other members of our group how to use the outdoor pizza oven. This was far beyond what we’d ever expect of any Airbnb host. Incredible hospitality. The home itself was beautiful. It was so well equipped and absolutely spotlessly clean. It’s also bigger than pictures suggest. The outdoor area is spotless again. I cannot recommend this property, and especially its host, highly enough. I could say so much more but for the character limit! Absolutely amazing stay and we will definitely visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful spacious home. The views from the roof were spectacular. There was plenty of room for people to work at different tables. We enjoyed the foosball table and generally enjoyed ourselves enormously while there, we alI had a chance to get a dip in the pool and sit by that beautiful garden. You should be very proud of your establishment, and the comfortable surroundings that it provides for everybody in such a congenial setting. A 5 star experience from start to finish

We were lucky to find this place! The apartment was exactly as described in the photos. It was clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a very quiet place. A car is recommended.

one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. great host, very personable, always responsive. we had a bit of problem finding the GPS pin, maybe because US cell roaming was not great. but pietro was right there to talk us through it until we found the place. absolutely loved he accommodations. so lovely to wake up at sunrise and listen to the birds, look out over the countryside. the casa had AC but we never needed it. pool was great. really one of the best airbnb we've ever stayed in. perfect visit to Sicilian countryside

Out of all the places we stayed in Sicily, Angelo's apartment was our favourite. I chose this apartment because it looked beautiful in the photos. But it's even more beautiful in real life! It's stylish, smells good, is clean and well equipped. There is a beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment is situated in the heart of Modica, which is one of our favourite towns in Sicily. Here you will find excellent restaurants, fantastic Baroque architecture, culture and the perfect location from which to discover other places in the region. Free parking on site was invaluable. Despite the language differences, communicating with Angelo was easy and straightforward. I would be happy to stay here again.

Giorgia met us at the property. She is extremely helpful. Place is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. If stairs are an issue, then this place is not for you as only accessible by stairs. Everything that you need is provided. Giorgia even left us fresh fruit picked from her garden. Giorgia gave us recommendations for aperitif and dinner. Both places were amazing. Would highly recommend her place.

The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos: the location in the lower part of the old town of Ragusa Superiore in the middle of nested houses with the wonderful view of the breathtaking Ragusa Ibla, not only from the terrace, but also from 3 windows of the lower floor. The sophisticated design of tiles and many other details make the apartment a prime example of masterful, imaginative old building renovation. Ilenia was very helpful and gave us many tips. Although a bus stops around the corner, is advisable for the inspection of both Ragusas fitness for climbing stairs. Grazie mille

Imagine yourself sitting comfortably in an outdoor chair in the evening with a glass of wine in your hand, the mild summer breeze is caressing your hair, and you are gazing at the impressively illuminated cathedral in the upper town, and you feel wonderful. Then you're on Michele's roof terrace in the magnificent baroque city of Ragusa. A truly impressive walk takes you to the baroque lower town, and you return by bus. In Michele's masculinely chic, two-level apartment, you can cook in a fully equipped kitchen, enjoy a drink at the bar, or visit one of the typical Sicilian restaurants. We were surprised by the welcome wine and snack, as well as the excellent service from our host, Michele. He was truly dedicated and helped us even with difficult tasks. Michele is a five star plus host.

We had a brilliant stay at Alberto's place. The appartment was very spacious and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Alberto was very welcoming and helpful on our arrival. The location is great with good restaurants, bars and cafes just a few minutes walk away. The cannoli that Alberto left for us was delicious and worth the trip just for that. Overall an amazing place to stay in a beautiful old town with a great host.

The house and location were fantastic for us! We couldn't stop enjoying the peace and let the view wander over the beautiful countryside. The house is very nicely decorated and ideal for 2 persons. The facility is functional, without unnecessary stuff. Communication with Melissa was great. We really enjoyed it and would come back right away.

Giada's place was perfect for our time in Agrigento. It was close to everything and very walkable. The space was very comfortable. Giada left of treats for breakfast which were much appreciated. I would stay here again!

Very spacious, clean and pleasant accommodation proposed by Anna with whom communication was super easy. The terrace is nice, all the equipment is present and in great condition. However, be careful with the noise of cars passing on the street downstairs which is very present in the accommodation. Despite this, a pleasure to have stayed here, 5 well-deserved stars!

The apartment is beautiful: new and very well equipped, quiet and just above the old town. Angelo's very nice. Restaurants are a few minutes' walk away, through the typical alleys of the country. A huge favorite!!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Lilibeth Houses in Scicli — it was everything we hoped for and more. The house was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and had everything you could possibly need, from a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after exploring the area. The interiors are tastefully decorated, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — ideal after a warm Sicilian day. Scicli is full of charm, history, and beautiful baroque architecture. There are many fantastic restaurants nearby — we had some of the best meals of our trip here! A special thanks to our host, who was exceptionally kind and helpful, offering plenty of great local tips and always quick to respond. We left feeling recharged and full of appreciation for both the house and the area. We would happily return!

Alessandra's place was very cocooning. She left several touches that made our daily life easier (laundry, cafes, instructions on the right plans available...). The space was clean and we quickly felt at home. It had everything we needed. In addition, Alessandra was available for any of our requests / requests for directions. We love this place - beautifully located, very quiet, in the middle of a fantastic landscape. The house is very tastefully decorated and very well equipped. We were there as a family, parents with two kids, everything fit perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped. We felt very comfortable and really want to come back The communication was also excellent. We highly recommend this place. For us a little paradise!

We felt right at home at Chiara’s place. The house is beautiful with everything you need, but it’s all about the surroundings- that view! The wonderful sandy beach is an about 10 a minute steep but very do-able walk. It felt like we were at the end of the earth, in the best possible way. When we went at the end of April the restaurants on the beach (and they are right on the beach) were open but the sunbeds weren’t out and it felt so beautifully wild (but with the joy of being able to sit and have a drink or a meal right there). It’s such a big beach and the few small restaurants don’t impact the view so I think it would feel the same even in peak season. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

For our taste, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever been to! Beautiful and tastefully furnished house with garden, where we – sitting on the terrace or lying in the hammock – spent a lot of time. You live in the middle of the countryside surrounded by great scenery, countless chirping birds, dogs, cats and chickens (which we fed every day). The beach is 10 minutes away by car, the surrounding towns (Scicli, Modica, Ragusa) are also only between 10 and 30 minutes away and all of them are really worth a visit. Charlie was a very dear, likeable host who provided us with many good tips and was also very accommodating. We stayed with him for almost two weeks and would have liked to stay longer!

Very nice clean and charming accommodation in a quiet area of Modica. Very nice view of the city from the balcony. Walk sporty enough to climb from the lower town, but for us who are in good physical shape it was an advantage and it helped in the digestion of cannolis 🙂
