The 245 is a comfortable apartment of 50 m2, located on the 1st floor (access by stairs) in the heart of the city center. It has a large bedroom with a 160/200 cm bed. Recently renovated, carefully maintained and cleaned with care, it offers a high level of comfort (double glazing, quality equipment). Free parking at Place du Barlet, 2 minutes' walk away, or on the street (charges apply from 9 am to 7 pm). Shops, restaurants in the immediate vicinity, train station within 10 minutes' walk.

The cottage is completely independent and has a large terrace and a private eco-garden, in which you can walk and get to know our chickens and ducks.
