Inside the house there is a one apartment and one studio and both can accommodate two guests. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen with dining area, which allows you to enjoy your own meals and holiday. There is also separate bedroom with TV and beautiful spacious bathroom with toilet and shower. Studio i equipped with spacious living room with pull-out bed, TV, sofa and few steps higher kitchen with dining table. From the terrace and garden you can enjoy yourself by gazing at the mountain and hill view surrounded with vineyards or just enjoy in BBQ facilities, your children can enjoy our playground with many options.

Owners are at basement floor with separate entrance. The house is located near the Maksimir Park, just a 10 minute drive from the city center, home to great options for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and more.

Each apartment has a private kitchen, which is fully equipped, a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, towels and more. Guesthouse Pr'Šefu is located in Posavje region on the outskirts of the old city center of Brežice. There are 7 apartments available at the guesthouse of which 3 studio apartments and 4 one bedroom apartments. We can host up to 21 guests. All apartments are fully equiped for a cosy accommodation. Guesthouse has a restaurant where typical Posavje region dishes and wines are served.

Villa Hirundo, entire house + saunas and hot tub

Nova pasivna hiša Hirundo ponuja vrhunsko izkušnjo bivanja v mirni vasici, a v neposredni bližini Brežic. Zagreb je oddaljen dobrih 30 km. Hiša je v dveh nadstropjih in razvaja s sodobno opremo ter lastnim wellnessom s finsko, parno in IR-savno ter masažnim bazenom. Med sezono je na voljo ogrevan Intex bazen (549 X 274). Fantovščine, dekliščine in glasne zabave niso dovoljene.
