Very nice cottage, we had forest villa 155 instead of cottage 142 because there was an accidental double booking, very nice cottage at the edge of the park where you walked on the heath, everything is really great to relax. Very smooth communication too, so tip top!

Very beautiful tiny home in a park. Bedrooms and living room is very spacious and doesn’t feel like you’re in a tiny home. Sauna is a great addition and this is one of the reasons why we chose to stay here. When we went (May 2025) there was still a lot of construction in the park and the main entrance was closed often causing us to take another entrance point. That being said, the park and property is very peaceful with a few small cities close by to explore. We were in town for the Liberation celebrations and were driving to many cities in the area. For those travelling from North America, the Host is another company (similar to Airbnb) and thus it was hard to get a response in the Airbnb chat. You may have to go to the Novasol website directly to get contact. That being said, we had no issues that needed to be addressed, but I am used to chatting with the host prior and during the stay. Overall it was an amazing peaceful gateway which anyone would enjoy!

Marieke and Mark were super hosts. Everything was clean and tidy when I arrived. They give you all the privacy and are also very helpful when needed. Even when I forgot something, it was super resolved. The space itself is also very nice. You have your own garden and the interior is cozy and tidy. Highly recommendable!

I stayed here for full week and it was so peaceful. I actually made mistake with my booking but host was kind enough to response swiftly and changed my booking dates. He personally was present at the time on I checked in to show me the house with easy check in. House is situated on farm full of vintage vibes and well decorated. It's a very specious property with fully equipped kitchen, a hallway leading to bathroom, a living room, a dining room, a dressing room (wooden wardrobe can tell as you walk on wooden floor of this room) and lastly a bedroom. I enjoyed my stay with blissful surroundings to walk/cycle, specious cozy place with host living right next door :)

Wonderful stay in the old farmhouse. Beautiful garden in which you can relax in the summer with plenty of privacy. Surroundings are soothing. Host is very friendly and helpful. Communication is very pleasant.

We had a lovely stay. The house was clean and spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped.

Very nicely received by Mariska and it is a relaxed homely and cozy place! 5 min walk from the center and nice walking in the area. In the evening, nice and quiet in the area. Mariska also had sweet tips for the city and to walk with my dog! Recommended!

We had a wonderful time staying at Saskia's cottage. It is located in a beautiful, quiet area with all kinds of activities nearby. Because the garden is fenced, it is very good for small children. Saskia was very friendly and easily accessible for any questions. Very enjoyable!

This holiday home was absolutely wonderful – tucked away in the greenery, right in the middle of the forest. So quiet and peaceful! We loved falling asleep to the gentle sound of rain on the roof and waking up to birdsong. At the same time, we were lucky to have plenty of sunny days too, which we spent having breakfast outside and soaking in the beautiful surroundings. Despite being in a bungalow park, the house offers great privacy in the garden. The park itself is lovely – surrounded by stunning woods and a perfect area to unwind. The house is cozy, tastefully decorated, and simply made for relaxation. We truly enjoyed our time here – and so did our dog and our toddler. A perfect getaway to slow down and reconnect with nature. Highly recommended!

Spacious and beautiful accommodation in a beautiful place. Welcomingly welcomed with some treats. We enjoyed the space, the animals, the trampolines and all (play)amenities. Nice to taste the atmosphere of farm life for a while. Unfortunately, you can only stay one night; the children wanted to stay there or at least stay longer. ;) We'd love to come back.

We enjoyed the beautiful accommodation very much. The area is very nice and you can do anything there. We definitely recommend this place from Carlos!

Alice's place exceeded our expectations and was hands down the best Airbnb we have stayed at in the Netherlands. Usually I don't come back to the same place because I like to keep exploring the world but I can definitely say we will be back one day! We used to pool a lot and relaxed at sauna and jacuzzi, which was all just lovely. The environment is very peaceful and the perfect place to escape the city. Alice was a very welcoming and friendly host and easy to communicate with. Thank you for everything! :)

This was a great place to recuperate. From outdoors there were several walks and with a 20-minute drive I was in the middle of the Sallandse Heuvelrug for a great walk! The cottage had a nice atmosphere, beautiful kitchen and the bath was lovely! Certainly subject to repetition!

Nice campground in a beautiful area. Sufficient with young teenagers after a few days. Tent is very nice, nice to stay outside. Shouting young people in the night, they should be able to do something about it.

The kids had a lot of fun. They felt like they were on an adventure. The kitchen was superbly well equipped for 6-8 people. There were plenty of outlets,gas hot plates,large fridge with freezer compartment. There was everything you need for cooking and eating, even plastic dishes for smaller children. There was a small tube of dish soap,rags,matches and 3 dishwasher tablets on arrival as well as 1 roll of toilet paper. At night it was a bit cold ,we had the heating via the air conditioning on. Netflix and Prime were available, there was the possibility to rent a kettcar,we paid €10.50 for an hour for 3 children. There is a restaurant as well as a large playground. The houses directly on the "lake" are also recommended. These have a lockable door. There is a single point of criticism:A note that it is possible to drive to the tent to unload luggage would have been helpful. We didn't know.

We had a great couple of days in the woods - the atmosphere is super relaxed and easy going which was a nice change of pace from city life. The kids did not miss a TV/screen at all because they loved throwing the front door open and running to the playground that was in sight from the cabin so I could enjoy my cup of tea without worrying about them. The cabin was comfortable, clean (a few spiderwebs but that is to be expected in the middle of the woods) and had everything we needed. Felt very private and free to do our thing. The woods area for walking was also really nice and a little "wild" in the sense that there were not clear pathways all over which was especially appreciated by the kids and dog - we all got to connect with nature and peace. Loved it!

We had a lovely autumn holiday in the beautiful front house of the farm. The house is nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort as stated on the website. We also enjoyed the area, hiking and biking. It is repeatable.

Sparkling clean vacation home with large well maintained garden, wonderful sauna and both in the house, garden and sauna, many nice details. Lots of birds in and around the garden. Beautiful surroundings, you can start hiking and biking directly from the house. The vacation home is located on a holiday park located in the woods along the main road between Holten and Rijssen. What was not disturbing for us but is worth mentioning, the audible regularly passing trains are recommended. All in all, recommended this vacation home.
