The house has a great Italian atmosphere, with all the comforts and very excellent furnishings. When it's hot, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape in the shade on the terrace or have breakfast together in the morning sun. We were six on vacation here for 10 days, we saw a lot and we received answers to all the questions from Nilvana and her daughter Laura. We were also supported with a necessary repair of the car. The highlight was the private tour of the olive oil mill for us, during which we naturally stocked up on olive oil. The location is also excellent - the sea is about an hour away, San Marino and/or Urbina and Urbino are about 30 minutes away. Excellent apartment, matches the photos and description, clean, really equipped with everything, washing machine, dishwasher, towel changes, air conditioning in both rooms. Super-equipped kitchen from oil to condiments, coffee machine and pods, aluminum foil containers, baking paper, trays, toaster, really excellent attention. It has mosquito nets. The laundry area/washing machine I found everything I needed for cleaning, new broom, new sponges, detergent for washing machine, softener... really great attention. Nothing was missing! Great location near the beach and the main street. Super active host, always very helpful, and decisive. bikes available Really great staff! I accidentally got locked out with the keys inside the apartment, and within 5 minutes they solved the problem. Not intrusive and really very professional. Positive note also to the Lido delle Sirene!

Beautiful experience! Luca and his family were so kind and welcoming, giving us a lot of useful information to visit the nearby places and the best places to eat typical dishes. The house has impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every comfort and surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Close and practical to Anghiari, a beautiful village and many other typical villages of Tuscan beauty. Highly recommended!!

We had a great week at Marco Valerio's place. We didn't meet him but communication was very easy. Gaetano, her father, and Carla were very welcoming and attentive to make our stay very pleasant. We are very happy to have met them and the exchanges we had with them. Well located accommodation in the village of Mondolfo, spacious, well arranged with a terrace with views of the countryside and sea.

Having a kitchen is something to consider as off-season you may not find so many opened restaurants nearby. Filippo is a great host.

Francesco was extremely friendly and helpful. His place was clean and he offered several restaurant recommendations that were great and was always responsive.

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated surplus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

Lovely spacious apartment, clean and comfortable and everything you could need

We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

Centrally located town house literally a stones throw from the old city walls. Mews type accommodation that has been thouhtfully renovated so retaining rustic charm that has been punctuated with modern features and fittings in perfect syncopation. Drop off possible immediately outside property with secure private off road parking available further away, (e scooter or bike recommended to minimise travel time otherwise 5min walk). Thoroughly recommended for a short stay in this interesting city.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are traveling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

The house is in a great location, both for visiting Ravenna on foot and for reaching the surroundings by car. There is a large free parking lot in front. The house is spacious, welcoming, clean and equipped with all comforts. Maria Antonietta is an impeccable, kind, helpful and very caring host. He gave us valuable tips for our visit to the city and advice on restaurants. On the day of arrival, she waited for us to welcome us personally, despite the fact that we were very late due to heavy traffic on the highway, and despite the fact that we had precise and detailed instructions for checking in independently. We were two friends on vacation and we couldn't have expected a better welcome and accommodation. If I return to Ravenna, it will always be my point of reference. Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

The place is lovely. The views are formidable and the apartment is very nice. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, the service is personalized and they make you feel at home. It's a very quiet and beautiful area. Highly recommended accommodation!

Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

The house is clean and cozy, as my daughter said "it feels like home", very well-stocked, in the center, we did not miss anything and we had a great time. We have never had any difficulty parking near the entrance, but there is no shortage of parking spaces in the vicinity. Paola is very courteous and very attentive to the guest and we thank her very much.

Really comfortable apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea,directly on the beach that you can access directly from the condominium garden. The house really offers everything and even more! Not only the essentials in the kitchen (oil, sugar, tea, coffee) but also some bottles of water and even a prosecco as a welcome. Also games and children's books that my little ones loved so much. Two comfortable bicycles are also available for doing grocery without having to move the car. The area is quiet, along a little busy road. In about ten minutes walk you can walk to the waterfront with the bike path that leads to the center. Carla is always very friendly and kind in every contact. Super flexible check-in and check-out times. Not only that, due to a bad unexpected, we had to leave a day late, but Carla allowed us to slide the reservation without losing even a day! Definitely to recommend: a great experience!
