Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

We had a great time with the family. The best thing is the garden, very large and well cared for. The house is equipped with everything you need and the service was very good at all times.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a beautiful property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

Nice quiet location. In a 20-minute walk you were in the center of Requena in no time. Nice garden and beautiful swimming pool. Just too cold for us but that was the period of the year. The house was fully equipped Including good beds. Nice and good communication with the host.

i stayed n Cyril and Emilies caseta for a month and loved every minute of it. The house itself was perfect. The location was perfect for me as its close to the Sierra Calderona and easy to get into Liiria and Valencia. Above all though was the friendliness of Cyril and Emilie. They were lovely people and their family are lovely. I really miss being there.

Don’t sleep on this rental! Doesn’t look like much from the street but inside is a totally new and very lovely 3br/2ba. Beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were modern and pristine, and the space is clean and calming. Patio with pool out back is a delightful extra.

We were 8 friends and the truth is that the house was incredible, everything was super good, both the outside area, as well as the inside area, everything was super cozy, super clean and made you feel at home, one of the best places we have been to date... in addition, the parking is not inside the villa but just in front of it there is a "mini vacant lot" where you parked the car there and walked 4 steps and you bumped into the villa and a very safe area due to the tranquility that there is in that area, everything super renovated and new, large rooms to be able to sleep super well, we had plenty of room, it was a 10 day weekend thanks to its owner who is super attentive and very cordial. Little more to say than that of ten everything. We will return to 200% to go to Valencia

Jose’s place is beautiful! Our group loved the location. It is walking distance to climbing crags and has a spectacular Mountain View from the balcony. The interior is even nicer than on the pictures :) super new and clean

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and well equipped with amenities allowing us to have a relaxing stay. The space was extremely clean when we arrived, and we were able to check in early which we really appreciated. The location of the airbnb was great as it was less than 10 minutes walk to Ruzafa centre which is vibrant and full of restaurants and shops. A further 20 minutes takes you into the centre of town. Tatiana was extremely responsive and gave us great recommendations which provided us with a useful guide across the city. We will definitely be back, thank you!

A village house in the middle of Xelva to enjoy with friends :) very well-kept

The house was very cuca, the typical town house, very well conditioned, clean and comfortable in the beds and pillows that that is not always achieved. The area is beautiful, you have a river just down a hill and very close to the pool. It is an area with special charm, people are very close to everything very familiar. You have several route areas at most 15min from us. So it's a good place for those of us who want everything easy. And you breathe another air out of a city. Even the stars at night can be seen. So we'll repeat without thinking.

We had an amazing time at Diego's apartment! Communication with him was very easy, he gave us very nice recommendations for the area and you can even walk up to some climbing spots from the apartment :) The views are great and the apartment is very cozy. We would definitely come again!

Fluent communication at all times with the host, easy arrival at the accommodation... quiet area... Regarding the house, I have to say that it grabs you from the moment you enter. Everything is clean and tidy, no detail was missing. It's very large, ideal for groups and families, and also for couples, which was my case. We had a fantastic weekend. We loved everything, but especially the patio, where you can breathe peace and tranquility. Each corner excites you more, the colorful plants with flowers, the birds singing and the sound of the fountain water. It simply grabs you, and you don't want to leave. Then it has a pool to cool off, and a barbecue to enjoy a good wood-fired menu. Everything is 10/10, perfect. We'll repeat very soon. Very, very advisable.

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and very well appointed! Ivan's place exceeded my expectations - don't let the rustic exterior fool you into thinking this is an older house - inside is a completely modern home that combines the charming rustic aesthetics with all the amenities you could want. Fully equipped kitchen with several ways to make coffee, induction cooking, and a great BBQ outside, a clothes washer, and a great bathroom with perfect water pressure, yummy towels and linens and super comfortable beds - topped by a series of thoughtful hospitality touches that other places often lack. The owners were also super nice and even helped us out with some soap for the washer so we could do some laundry. Everything was clean and neat and very well care for. We loved our stay! Thank you!

This apartment high above Serra is unique. The climb to get there is steep, but worth the effort. Carlos' place is small but spacy. The beds in the 2 bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrace is sunny during afternoon and evening with a great view. There is a large parasol to put up that will provide a large shade. The bathroom is quite small and the toilet doesn't flush easily. A bakery is very close by as is the Charter supernarket which offers a wide range of (fresh) products. Carlos was always reachable and gave us perfect directions and instructions. A parking is just below the house. We recommend bar Jubilats Serra for drinks with an amazing view, Les Moreres for a nice meal or Descanso for amazing paella and the most friendly staff. Even during the power blackout on april 28 they kept cooking in the dark kitchen and they kept serving beers as long as possible! Gracias Carlos, we will be back!
