Enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful nature from the armchairs by the room's large window to the west. The annex contains: kitchen, (dining) living room/bedroom - divided by a half wall. Here is a dining table, 2 armchairs, a three-quarter bed, a sofa bed, a baby bed. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, hotplates, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, tableware, etc. There is a separate toilet building for the annex. Laundry: in the private laundry room for 30 kr. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 35./5 Euro per set. Pets are welcome.

The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

You can make your own breakfast in the small kitchenette with 2 hotplates and kitchen utensils, or you can order breakfast from us (for an extra fee) Enjoy the sunrise with steaming hot coffee at the sight of thousands of migratory birds at the Tipperne bird sanctuary. If you want to go to the North Sea, it is only a 15-minute walk away. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The cottage has everything you need in bright, modernized surroundings combined with classic Danish cottage charm, thus creating the perfect environment for relaxation for you as a couple or family with children. The property is completely up to Søndervig Landevej - with fields on the other three sides. Close to the holiday and bathing town of Søndervig as well as the old and cozy market town of Ringkøbing with cobblestone streets, pedestrian street, harbor environment, etc. There is an 18-hole golf course and Lalandia water park in Søndervig. Distance to the beach at Søndervig is 5.5 km, while Ringkøbing Fjord and Bagges Dam are 1 km from the house. There is a bike path to both Ringkøbing and Søndervig.

Dejligt hus, skønt beliggende med 300 meter til fjord, og 400 meter til Vesterhavet. Der er 200 meter til Hvide Sande centrum, hvor der er adskillige butikker, fiskeauktion, fiskerihavn m.m. bager og supermarked. Der skal kun passeres 1 klitrække, før man står med fødderne i strandens hvide sand. Der er 2 soveværelser. En med dobbeltseng, og en med 2 enkelt senge. Dejlig lukket have med god læ for vinden. Hunden kan løbe frit i haven.

Really nice holiday home located in a quiet setting. Great for children, as there is a large playroom of 140 m2. The property is away from the road, and there are usually also some animals that would like to be talked to, if interested. In 2007, 240 m2 was renovated, and it is this section that we will let you stay in. The whole place is heated with underfloor heating.
