The studio is like an independent apartment on our countryside property in the middle of a small village. In connection with the renovation, we have preserved the original ceiling height and light fixture from when it was in use as a studio. Includes kitchen, bathroom, living room with sofa bed, separate bedroom with double bed, and possibility to stay at the loft. Please note that the loft is not suitable for children. Access to terrace with table/bench set. Close to, among other things, the forest tower, Holmegaard Glasswork, Bonbonland, beach and forest.

The house is located in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a city with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and cinema. Nearest local restaurant is only 10 min from the house (on foot) . The nearest Supermarket and pharmacy is 5 min from the house by car. The house has a unique raised garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There are 3 rooms.
