Beachfront holiday rental in Rio das Ostras

The house is great, well tidy and clean. The penthouse helps too much, ample space that gives an extra charm to the apartment. Juliene is also a great host, she promptly responded to any needs and welcomed us very well, both at checkin and checkout. The only point for those who want to stay close to the center is that the house is a little further away, and the beach that is nearby is very busy and has no way to use the sea. But for those who are by car this is not a problem, which was my case. Voltaria more often.

The stay was quiet, few complications, I suggest the host to send a message before, with some important information like the Wifi of the place, and check the electric part (The one-bedroom shower was not working). Outside all very good and the great location.

The apartment is excellent. New, spacious, equipped and clean, in addition to very well located, in a condominium and a safe neighborhood and a block from the beach. Everything is perfect! Very well located, close to everything and facing the beautiful Costa Azul beach. The accommodation was clean and well organized, better than expected. Neiva was very pleasant and receptive, always responding quickly. I would definitely come back. I highly recommend it!

The apartment served my entire family! We were in 6 people, we spent the Friday feriadão Santa and Tiradentes. Condomínio well located, 15 to 20 min of the main beaches. Best part of the apartment is the penthouse, because it is the most space dresser and where there is the barbecue, it was the place that we stayed the most.

Jorge is a super good guy who has even given me incredible support on all my doubts, note 10. Regarding the space, there was everything that was described in the listing, a cozy, clean place, swimming pool, parking inside the condominium, very good employees, house with all support for the "day" (dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.), bakery/market around and a beach practically within the condominium. Everyone in the family became in love with the site, I'm sure we'll come back more often.

Since the beginning of the contact we have always responded with kindness and promptness. We very much like the stay, rooms, space and decoration. The house is well-equipped, well located and pleasant to stay. We had an unforeseen weather in relation to the water, which is subject to happening in the beach regions. We reached out and quickly Letícia answered us and Raphael gave us the proper support. Thanks again for the attention we have been given. I missed an extra floor cloth. To avoid getting dirty/wetting the floor of the main room, we kept a close cloth for support, but it would be nice to have more for the area of the room that supports the pool area. The two bedrooms have a double bed and own bathrooms (suites). The adaptation of the roof area to support the pool area was perfect, having a freegobar nearby also helped a lot. One detail and another can be adjusted for improvement but nothing that has prevented us from making the most of it. I thank you and hope to return in the future.

The house is of excellent location, super clean and has everything for a very comfortable stay! The look is beautiful, the rooms all suites and with air is wonderful! The fully equipped kitchen has shower and foot wash in the backyard just outside the house and still has a swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Amamos! We'll be back soon!

Our stay at Camila's was excellent. When renting the space, it is exclusive to your group, without the need to share it with others. The photos correspond perfectly to the site, and all suites offer sea views. There are 3 suites on the upper floor and 3 on the ground floor, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. The property is very organized and has ample space for children to play safely and freely. The householders, Sebastião and Rosana, were extremely attentive and dedicated. Sebastião, in addition to being a great cook , made us feel free to set the menu, preparing delicious meals adapted to our taste. About the location, the sea in front of the property is more agitated, so I recommend walking a little along the waterfront to find quieter areas, ideal for a quiet sea bath. I hope to return soon!

The house has met expectations and is even better than on the photos. Very spacious, several extra mattresses, everything clean, outside area very good, both to rest and to barbecue and enjoy the pool, the view is beautiful too. The nearby beach is very beautiful but the sea is very busy, who does not know how to swim, I do not recommend entering. A tip is just to be aware of the water in the house, so they don't consume or make food with the tap water, as it is a little dark and smells strong. Despite this, the host left 3 gallons of 20L for us to use and be able to consume, we need to buy just 1 more. We were greeted by Roberto and Carla and were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Space equal to the ad, good location you literally sleep and wake up with the noise of the sea, very quiet condominium without night noises, the apartment is well equipped with everything necessary to cook if you want, in my case I was with 2 babies which was no problem at any time, there is a market, bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy and an observation has a Catholic church very close to those who attend as in my case was wonderful. The gatekeepers are super attentive and polite to Dona Margarida was very welcoming and was always supportive if she needed it. It was well worth it I will be back for sure.
