Entrance with deck and outdoor shower. 1st floor: Large living room, integrated kitchen with counter, toilet, dining room and small service area with washing machine. 2nd floor: 2 comfortable en-suites, one with air conditioning and the other with a fan, one with a double bed and a privileged view, and the other with a double bed and a single bed. 3rd floor: TV room with sofa bed and gourmet area with minibar, barbecue and private pool. To gain access, you must provide an ID.

Beautiful House with swimming pool in Rio das Ostras, Bairro Mar do Norte, Condominio Sol Maior - in front of the beach - Rua Baixa do Sapateiro 305. 24-hour security. Condominium with lots of trees and birds. Children play on the street without any worries. Mar do Norte Beach is beautiful. Good for swimming, with many coves surrounded by rocks that form pools with calm waters. The beach has many attractions: kiosks, volleyball, soccer. You can visit Búzios (60 min), Arraial do Cabo, Cabo Frio.

We have a beautiful lawn garden, a large 8-meter swimming pool with morning and afternoon sun, as it is positioned in an open area. We have 2 barbecue grills (Grills and Skewers), kitchen utensils (blender, fruit squeezer, sandwich maker, coffee maker, mixer, centrifuge, microwave, duplex refrigerator). * We do not provide bed/bath linens, we only have pillows. 800 Watts sound system for outdoor area, hammocks.
