O apartamento é maravilhoso! Moderno, acolhedor e super bem localizado, no coração da cidade. O prédio conta com ótimas comodidades, como piscina, sauna, quadra, parquinho e até uma área de crossfit ao ar livre! A cama de casal é muito confortável, o ar-condicionado funciona super bem, e a sala é aconchegante, com um sofá-cama ótimo para mais duas pessoas. A smart TV e o wi-fi são excelentes, e a cozinha está equipada com tudo o que a gente precisa no dia a dia — incluindo filtro de água, cafeteira, cooktop, micro-ondas e utensílios. O banheiro tem sabonete, shampoo e condicionador, e as roupas de cama e banho são super macias e cheirosas. Recomendo demais a estadia!

Excelente opção de estadia pra quem busca um lugar calmo, estiloso e em conta pra curtir uns dias na cidade ou sair da rotina passando a noite em um local diferente.

My partner and I had a very lovely stay here! The street is lined with trees and there is a great restaurant located just a few metres down the road. Everything in the apartment is very clean and comfortable. Flavia was a very responsive host. We appreciated the 24 hour security and the excellent location close to Ipanema and Copacabana beach! We would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Andrea’s place! Communication was great throughout - super quick responses and incredibly accommodating. The apartment itself is spacious and perfect for a group stay. Everything was smooth and comfortable, and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Ich hatte eine wirklich tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit – auf meine Fragen habe ich immer sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet – es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage: In nur wenigen Minuten war ich an der U-Bahn, was die Erkundung der Stadt sehr bequem gemacht hat. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – ich komme gerne wieder!

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! We were a group, and from the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The house is beautiful spacious, well-equipped, and super comfortable perfect for groups looking to relax and enjoy their stay in comfort. Marcia and Andréia were both amazing throughout our time there. Always available, kind, and attentive, they made sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt at home. Ana has one of the most beautifully designed and furnished homes I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in, surrounded by nature and beauty, with the city just a few lights away, I can’t say enough about how great the place was. Apartamento excelente, super completo (cozinha com vários eletrodomésticos bons e todos os utensílios, sento falra apenas de um bebedouro). Boas toalhas, roupa de cama, itens de higiene no banheiro (tinha um sabonete novo lacrado). Havia até um kit de primeiros socorros e um guarda-chuvas. Fica a dois quarteirões da praia de Ipanema e é cercado por restaurantes, supermercados e farmácias. Me senti em casa, não parecia um apartamento de airbnb mas sim um lar, tamanho o cuidado com os detalhes (decoração, livros, etc). Possui ótima smartv na sala maior do que indicado no anúncio. Tem duas sacadas, uma na sala e uma no quarto. A rua é muito movimentada de carros, mas os vidros reduzem bastante o ruído. Precisei ficar mais 1 dia na cidade e a reserva foi alterada com muita rapidez. Só tenho a agradecer ao Merc e a eva.

Apartamento muito bom, em frente ao Parque Olimpico. Espaço amplo e limpo. Equipamentos em bom estado de conservação, sem ressalvas. A cordialidade do José Luiz ao me receber para o chekinn destacou-se. Comunicação extremamente facil. Recomendo.

Really great apartment, very well equipped to make you feel home, confortable beds and quality bedding. Location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Parks, restaurants and bakeries at your doorstep. Having off street parking is perfect if you rent a car while in Rio.

Wonderful little apartment in a gorgeous historic building tucked away on a back street of Ipanema. This place felt a bit like a movie set with its picturesque exterior and interior! Very well decorated and equipped inside, nothing else we could have wanted. Washer and dryer in unit was amazing to have. Location was very nice, secluded on a quiet little side street but 5 mins to the bustling center of Ipanema. No complaints, would come back in a heartbeat!

Fabio is a very friendly host and the apartment is well located in Ipanema. The area is walkable and I found many places to go to from there. Overall, great experience !
