Romantic Attic Apartment Overlooking a Gothic Church

Choose a book from a shelf and sink into a red armchair under a peaked ceiling. Striking timber beams and gleaming hardwood floors add warmth and character to this remodeled attic space. An inviting spiral staircase leads to a small landing with a view. The flat offers an elegant entrance hall with large double window overlooking the nearby canal. At upper floor: living room with top quality fully equipped kitchenette, 1 master bedroom with impressive view of Madonna dell’ Orto church front, a second double/twin bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom WC/bidet/ bath/shower, a second WC with hand basin. A decorative spiral staircase leads from the living room to a small roof balcony overlooking the picturesque canal in front of the house. The apartment is provided with good WIFI CONNECTION, AIR CONDITIONING and MOSQUITO SCREENS in any room CASA ZORZI is recommended both for romantic escapes and for family holidays. I use to welcome personally my guests, spending some time on arrival to recommend my favourite places in town....... The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

Cosy Nest Apartment in authentic area of Venice

Apartment located in CANNAREGIO DISTRICT, ony a few steps from the Jewish Ghetto, in a lively area plenty of typical restaurants and wine bars for locals where you can taste “cicchetti” and drink “the spritz”. Cosy, bright and fully equipped. We have renovated it with the idea of creating a pleasant place for a romantic getaway. It is extremely silent, being situated in a building overlooking a small inner garden. It has an easy access both from Marco Polo Airport and from railway station.

Ours is a delightful 70 sqm apartment in Cannaregio, newly restored and composed as follows: Large living room with kitchen and living room, double bedroom and second bedroom, one bathroom. The building is historic and notified. The floors are entirely made of wood and the ceiling has exposed beams. The furniture is of quality and the amenities are complete, for a comfortable stay as if you were a local. The house is very warm and welcoming. The Fondamenta is full of life and trendy clubs.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

Christina and her property deserve 10 stars. She is a very kind person. She found out that I was very sick before we got to her property and she had a tea that she had made just for me.
