Located within the historic Leoni Palace, dating back to the 14th century, Casa Manina sul Ponte is a luxurious and pictoresque 75 sqm apartment. Positioned at the canal bridge level. The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a compact bathroom with shower and premium amenities. Each room boasts stunning views of the canal. Additionally, every room is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, and a Smart TV in the master bedroom.

One week before arrival, we will request the ID of one guest, payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the entire group, for the entire stay), and the tourist tax. Your data is shared only with the police and the municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

The flat is located in the Castello district, the most populous and lively in Venice, well served by public transport, near the Biennale. The entrance is on Via Garibaldi, a lively street full of shops, restaurants and typical Venetian 'bacari'. The building is located in front of the monumental entrance to the historic Napoleonic Gardens. A pleasant walk will take you to St. Mark's Square, while a few minutes by vaporetto will take you to the Lido with its beautiful beaches.
