Venicevibes Terrace Apartment lays its foundation on an old convent dating back to the 1600s, over the years it has changed form and use, but you can still breathe in the serenity of the time. A ten-minute walk from St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, very close to Acqua Alta bookstore. Convenient to reach the Biennale and the beautiful islands near Venice, we offer a design apartment, very comfortable with a livable terrace with heated veranda surrounded by greenery. An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

San Lorenzo Canal View

Luxury apartment with private balcony and beautiful view, a few steps from Piazza San Marco. One week before arrival you will be asked to provide a guest's ID, along with the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. In Venice, elevators are rare: there are around 50 steps, but not too steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage.

We are two sisters, Claudia and Chiara, born and raised in the most authentic part of Venice. We belong to the sixth generation of Venetians in our family. Together with mom Marisa and dad Carlo, we open the doors of our apartment located in the heart of the Sestiere di Castello, a stone's throw from the Biennale, a 10-minute walk from Piazza San Marco and two vaporetto stops from the beach of the Lido di Venezia.
