This was a very beautiful place. Nice view from the balcony. Very clean. They have all the utensils for the outside activities, so no need to buy extra.

My son and I had a great time staying at this home. It was exactly as described, clean and small just enough for the 2 people who are staying. We did unfortunately experience the island wide blackout while in PR. Altagracia reached out to make sure we were okay and that she was available if we needed anything. We appreciated that very much. She responds quickly and is the sweetest. She gave us so many recommendations and the few that we tried did not disappoint at all. Overall my son and I were super comfortable and loved every moment of our stay.

The apt was an excellent stay, central & well kept. Ariel was easy to comunicate with & always available.

The condo is as advertised. The view from the balcony is awesome. The condo is indeed steps from the beach. The condo building complex is ok. The elevators are temperamental and only one was in service the whole 10 days that we were there. The condo is close to El Yunque, Fajardo, and the Kiosk shops and restaurants. It’s about 45 mins from San Juan and the airport. So fairly convenient if you have a car and are able and willing to drive while on vacation. The community is gated and has a guard on duty 24/7 so getting in and out is not an issue. The condo felt a little smaller than the pictures, especially the kitchen, but that is probably because we are used to bigger spaces in the Midwest. All in all a great place to spend your vacation.

Amazing place!! Very relaxing and convenient for family, couples and singles. It’s walking distance to the pool and beach. We highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. This place is 30 minutes away from airport. Also, there’s a supermarket, restaurants and beaches within driving distance. Thank you Nick and Candido I definitely recommend his place. P.s. They have also have a washing machine and dryer in his apartment. Which we loved!

This was our second time staying at anfitrion’s place in aquatika and it was great. So nice to be able to walk to pools and the beach.

The home was beautiful and clean. Lots of space for a family of four. My boys enjoyed the loft and roof patio. Home comes equipped with everything you need including beach chairs. The air conditioners worked great. The grounds were kept clean. Easy access to the pool and beach. Will definitely stay at Evelyn’s place again.

This place was amazing, the area was very quiet and the amenities made the stay peaceful and tranquil, the house was perfect for my family of five and we even had a cat that would come and hang out with us everyday!! We named her Suki but she had a collar so she may have been someone’s pet she is a dark grey ball of fun. We are grateful for the hospitality and the amazing stay we had while here!!! We will definitely be back soon!!!

It was an amazing stay, my family and I enjoyed it. Nelson was a very great host, would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I would also be going back for another stay. My mission for my husband to reunite him with his dad was a successful mission all thanks to Nelson.

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. If you are looking to be with “ the locals” Loiza is where it is at. The house is situated in a local neighborhood. The people are friendly, the house is beautiful. The food is amazing ! We ate at a local spot called “ Iguana” . In terms of communication, if I messaged Edith, her response time was immediate or a short time later. I’d check out Piñones Beach. There are little shops and food stands near the beach. Bring cash. I’d definitely book with Edith again :).

We especially loved the pool—it was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. There’s also a rivers nearby, which added a special touch to the whole experience. Amazing host! Beautiful place! Overall very happy. It was easy to get into, squeaky clean. Very safe too! Right in front of La Placita, not even a one minute walk!! The balcony is an L shape and it’s huge with different seating options. Definitely booking again when I return to PR! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! En verdad es un lugar muy especial! Diana, who is a phenomenal host, has gone above and beyond to create a space that will make you feel welcomed and relaxed from the moment you walk in! We travel to Puerto Rico often and have stayed in many Airbnbs in Isla Verde, but none comes close to the Cozy Cabin. The apartment is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, and Diana has added thoughtful details throughout. The patio is a great place to relax after spending a day on the gorgeous Isla Verde Beach, which is just steps away from the front door. There are many great places to eat in the area and Condado and Viejo San Juan are just a quick Uber ride away. We had one of our best vacations ever- and it was in large part due to how happy we were staying at the Cozy Cabin! It was truly magical and we plan to definitely return!

Beautiful apartment for our weekend stay! And also in a familiar area for us which was a PLUS! Air conditioning was perfect temperature on the walk in & through out our stay. This condo is in a perfect location and has everything you need during your stay. There are beach items in the storage box on the balcony and the pantry has any odds and ends items that you may need during your stay. The hosts are responsive for any questions you may have. We would love to stay here again next time we go to Loquillo.
