Lucia and ten minutes from San Marco. To visit the popular islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello and the Lido to the exclusive beach rather than for the Venice Film Festival and the Biennale, you can take advantage of the water-bus stop within walking distance. One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide the ID of one guest, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. Elevators are rare in Venice: there are around 50 steps, but they aren't too steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage room.
