Hola! La casa se encuentra en un barrio a 15 km al sur de Las Grutas, una zona rural donde reina la tranquilidad y la conexión con la naturaleza. La casa consta de tres habitaciones, dos con vista al mar, de las cuales una es en suit, y la otra tiene vista a la meseta. La cocina, living y comedor se encuentran integrados dotando a la vivienda de un amplio espacio que se extiende mediante el deck hasta la playa. La vivienda esta alimentada con energia proveniente del sol. Es un lugar de ensueño.

Cómoda cabaña con parrilla interior. Planta alta, habitación con vista a los cerros. Cocina equipada con horno, microondas y heladera. Ubicada a 20 km del centro y muy cerca del Lago Morenito (15 minutos caminando), mejor lugar para nadar en Bariloche!! Hermoso entorno para caminar por el bosque. Frente zona escalada: Pared Blanca, Carmelitas y otros. La cabaña comparte jardín con otra casa. Recomendamos venir en auto.
