The house is beautiful, we loved the design. The setting in which it is located is unique, amazing views! You enjoy watching the sunrises and sunsets. Everything worked well, the house was clean, we had no problems. The landlord is always ready for any questions. We pass it barbarous and we will definitely be back!

The house is really beautiful and exceeds expectations. The view is spectacular, you don't want to leave, and access to the beach is a total privilege. This is especially useful for those days when the weather is not conducive to going out for a walk, as just being there is magical. The house is on the edge of the lake and 3 blocks from Bustillo, which makes mobility much easier, especially if you don't go by car. There are also shops of all kinds nearby. Andrea was always super friendly and attentive! We highly recommend the experience!!!

An amazing place cabana was front lake with lovely views of Nahuel Huapi, we extended our stay as the location is the best additionally you have all the facilities like an incredible quincho (bbq area) that overlooks the lake. The pool and the spa was a bonus after our excursions was nice to relax there also has sauna and small gym, kayaks and more. I won’t forget this place totally recommend it.

Beautiful little house. Super warm and comfortable. The garden has nothing to envidele in the view of the lake. Autumn full of apple trees and Albert invited us to eat the apples in his backyard. We love and we are going to miss everything from there; especially Cocoa and La Foca; their sweet perritas. We'll be back !!

My trip was not well planned out, and I had a lot of issues because of that. But the host was super helpful, and went way out of his way to help me out. Great guy!

I had a great experience in this home. The place is as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is very convenient, with easy access to everything you need (supermarket, restaurants, etc.). The host was very nice and responsive, always available for any questions. Ideal to rest and enjoy with peace of mind. I would definitely recommend it and stay again!

Sebastian was very responsive and helped us by lighting the fireplace when we had difficulty! The loft is away from the center and requires a stretch of dirt road, however, it is perfect for those who want to rest in nature away from busy places.

The house is very nice, it has a spectacular view. To access on foot, you have to climb a steep slope, which can be a little difficult if it rains. The house had everything we needed, excellent kitchen utensils but the refrigerator is small if you need to store a lot of things. There is a fairly complete supermarket 12 minutes walk and a bakery two minutes away. They waited for us with the house warm and some croissants. A success

We had an amazing experience in this home. We loved it from the first moment, the place is cozy and very well equipped, which made our stay even more comfortable. The setting is magical, surrounded by mountains and natural landscapes that make the place perfect to relax and unwind. 10/10!

Beautiful, bright and functional. We loved the cabin. It invites you to stay and enjoy its beautiful light. It is at the foot of Cerro Ventana, in a very treacherous neighborhood. By car or uber it's 15 minutes to the center of Bariloche. It's a 15-minute walk to Lake Gutierrez. We recommend staying at this cabin.

Everything was excellent! They lived with their hospitality and the house speaks for itself. A ❤️ super well located dream if you want to be away from the center but not in the middle of nowhere. Supermarket nearby, delicatessen nearby, restaurants nearby, in short, a luxury and I would definitely return!!!

Excellent place, a spectacular view. For being the first experience in arbnb and also in bariloche. The only cons: the distance to the center and that when we sat outside we found the neighbor's window. The rest is impeccable and incredible place that really deserves 5 stars and eager to return. It is currently low season in bari. In summer it should also be amazing as it is close to the lake and it can be easy to go and drive in uber like I did. If it is winter, they already recommended us to have their own mobility for the entrance of the neighborhood. The view from ma cama is the protagonist and takes all the credits

Our experience was unbeatable. Magalí and her husband are attentive, approachable hosts, always willing to help. The cabin was impeccable, everything new and as seen in the photos. Every meter is well used, we never feel that it is small. It had everything you needed, including useful details such as a clothesline, ideal for traveling with children. The radiant slab always maintained a perfect temperature, despite the intense cold outside. Their dog and kitten are a love, and their children shared their toys with our daughter, a precious gesture. They live a few meters away, which facilitates any consultation without being invasive. You can see the care and affection on every corner. More than five stars. We'd come back without hesitation!

We stayed for two days. They weren't there while we were there, they communicated when we needed to ask them something in particular. Beautiful place. I'd come back in the summer.

The place was very beautiful, with nature all surrounding. The host was very flexible with check in and check out. The bed, pillows, and blanket were incredible! It's not walking distance from much at all, but it's worth it for the beautiful area. It's a really nice place to relax.

It is a super well located mini house 12 km from downtown Bariloche, very easy to get around on the local bus with a stop at the entrance a few meters away, everything in perfect condition and impeccable, excellent area and tranquility, recommended one hundred percent for couples or singles.

Very cozy environment for a great rest experience. The garden is a beauty to enjoy the mornings in the sun. The location is great since it is an accessible distance from downtown and the city's main attractions. A few meters from Av. Bustillo with access to transport and shops. I prefer not to be in the center, and to be able to enjoy the landscapes of Bariloche in greater comfort, so we will surely choose the accommodation of Claudio and María Elena again. Both are super friendly.
