The area is very quiet, it is a residential neighborhood that is about 12 blocks from the center of Bariloche. It is located about 12 blocks from the Civic Center of Bariloche, surrounded by a forest of cypresses and radales with a nice garden where there is a 'chulengo' (a raised wooden platform) for barbecues. The neighborhood is very quiet, residential, there is a small square half a block away. It has all the basic amenities for a comfortable stay. There is ample parking space.
