Monthly Rentals in Río Nuevo District

Thanks to this place, we found some much needed relief from the many stays of our travels. Nicely up, up and away, with a great view, and fresh breezes, the casa is in a nice neighbourhood by the road to El Hoyon school, only a two minute walk away. You can walk down the hill in order to catch a bus but there is a bus route to and from Centro that comes right by the stop at the escuela entrance every two hours, and takes only 15 minutes to get there or back. (Central Mercado is where to catch the bus home. Same stop as the Rivas bus at central mercado.) Both Jorge and Carmen are wonderful hosts! In gratitude for your offering.

House has beautiful view, love the land it feels private with no direct neighbors, also a luxury feel to have a nice driveway and covered parking with an electric gate. Hosts are also very friendly and attentive, will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing place! Everything was spotless, cozy, and beautifully set up with an incredible view. It felt just like home—with all the appliances you could need, plus extra sheets and blankets, all organized and squeaky clean with no clutter in sight.Leandro was incredibly kind and helpful, and communication was smooth from start to finish. One of our favorite parts was the easy self-check-in, which made everything feel relaxed and comfortable.Rose, the lovely lady who takes care of the property, was so sweet and generous—she even gifted us some fresh oranges and bananas!I recommend this place 200%! My experience was magnificent, the place was just what I was looking for, super cute, full of peace, harmony, impeccable and very cozy, I loved the environment, the nature, the kindness and attention of Yani is indescribable. It's an easy place to access. Super beautiful the stay, I loved it.
