Condo holiday rentals in Río Oro

I was traveling alone with my 8 year old daughter and felt so at home. The check in was easy and I felt safe from the entire time we were there. Security at the gate were always kind and helpful. The neighborhood was peaceful and very clean. The home itself was immaculate. It had everything need to function. Having coffee and tea already available was nice. We often would bring home left over food from when we were out touring, so it was nice to be able to simply heat it up for a late night snack. I would open the windows and the patio door in the morning and you can get a nice breeze through the home and listen to the birds. It was beautiful. If you are looking for a clean place to rest your head while exploring Costa Rica, this is a great deal. Thank you so much Maria for sharing your home. Pura Vida :)

We love this complex!! There is so much space to play, get a good walk, and swim in the huge pools. Luis Carlos place was super comfortable, had everything we could need and more, and it’s quiet. Definitely recommend!

Marlene was an excellent host! She is so kind, very responsive, and was attentive from the time we booked and throughout our stay. The security staff was also very kind and helpful. We communicated with them almost daily when coming or going or if we had food deliveries. The condo has beautiful views, very airy, and spacious with tall ceilings. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back the next time we are visiting Santa Ana.

It was my fourth time at Israel’s place, It was just perfect as always. Safe and quiet are, Nice gym and pool. The condo has everything you’ll need for a short or longer stay. I’ll definitely stay there again once I’ll need a place in SJ.

Luca is a genuinely kind and attentive host. He was responsive, easy to communicate with, and ensured that my stay was comfortable. The property was clean and as described, which I appreciated. The community is in a prime location with walkable access to shops and restaurants. While the space was functional and served its purpose, it could benefit from a few updates and some more intentional decor to bring it to life. The aesthetic felt a bit dated, and with some thoughtful touches, it could really shine. This may not be a concern for everyone, but for those looking for a more curated or modern atmosphere, it’s something to consider. Overall, a solid stay in a great location with a lovely host. With a little refresh, the property has the potential to be even more inviting.

He made sure everything was perfect for our arrival, gave us great local recommendations and was always available for anything we needed. Yanitxa, I have stayed in 10-12 of the units in Nucleo Sabana and this had the best fit for me. Exceptional comfortable, all new linens and fixtures, corner suite and a wonderful ambient sound of the river below. And a mid stay check in from the host making sure I was comfortable and requiring of anything else. I could not recommend a place more highly!

Lymon is beyond exceptional as a Host and as an individual. Every time I sent a message to Lymon he responded quickly. The building is very secure with a guard at the front gate. Location is central and was just what I needed. I had just underwent major surgery. The second day at his flat I realized I needed support and help. I messaged Lymon via Airbnb - my crisis number at the time and within 30 minutes someone was at my door to help me! Edith, my angel, is so awesome! She truly is a gem; she helped me with everything in the condo and came by twice a day to make sure I was ok. I did pay her; that’s just normal. I am so very grateful and privileged to have met these 2 special souls. If you have any questions let me know!

This was perfect for an overnight stay. The apartment was clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed. The neighborhood was so adorable. We went for a late afternoon walk and admired the houses in the neighborhood, feeling safe and peaceful. Pav kindly greeted us upon our arrival and allowed us an early check in, making us feel welcome. We had our own parking space right near the apartment so we could easily walk up one floor and into the apartment. It was very nice to hear the river as we drifted off to sleep and awoke to the songs of birds. It was a lovely experience and we will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.

I will definitely stay here again! I traveled for work with my family and we had a 4-month-old baby. The accommodation was perfect for me and my family. Leidy, our host, was so attentive that she even left us a portable crib. The apartment has everything you need on a daily basis, a fully equipped kitchen, the beds and pillows are very comfortable and the bedding was white and impeccable (that's too important to me). The cleanliness of the entire apartment was also impeccable. The building has a mini mall at the entrance with a pharmacy and a very complete market. The building's amenities are nice, the only thing is that the pool is not heated and we couldn't put our baby in, but for adults or children over one year old it's perfect. We appreciate all the attention from Leidy and highly recommend this apartment.

Nice place, apartment was clean and well laid out. The neighborhood seems very safe. We had some difficulties with the main security gate guard who seemingly didn't know that the apartment existed and also it sometimes took us 10+ minutes to get into the complex because of their strict security. Otherwise all was great and the apartment itself was nice to be in.

Excellent place, photos match the apartment, easy access, the host is very attentive. Recommended.

Wonderful artistic apartment! It was so elegantly decorated with a touch of humor. I enjoyed my stay and loved playing the records while reading the lovely books from their library. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary essentials to cook. I highly recommend this place for a special experience. Host was great with communication and the security guards were helpful and friendly.

Beautifully designed apartment with great amenities. Neighborhood was nice and safe. The Internet connection was fantastic. I did not experience any issues working remotely.

we ran into a major snag that was not at all the fault of the host, but people should be aware and hopefully the building will communicate better in the future. Management posted in the elevator that power would be out from 7:30-8:30 in the morning on Easter Sunday. Inconvenient enough, but electricity (elevators) we're not restored until about 12:15! We had luggage and are both disabled. So we were stuck. There was also no communication from the building that it would have extend that long past the scheduled time. otherwise perhaps we could have hired someone to help? So we missed expensive flights for 3 people, and also expensive, important medical appointments in Mexico. I think we had some insurance so will probably get some reimbursement, and the hosts were very generous and offered to help. I assume this was an unusual situation. Aside from that, this is a beautiful apartment and wonderful building. Views from Secrt Sabana and Sky Garden in mornings are spectacular.

Super comfortable in the apartment to spend a few days as a couple. Close to everything and easily accessible. I recommend it
