From the location to the accomodations, Martina's house is spectacular. It comfortably fit our family of 8 and served as the perfect backdrop to a memorable family vacation! We struggled to find the house at first, since we arrived at night in pouring rain and poor visibility, but Apolinar was incredibly responsive and guided us to where we needed to be. So grateful for him! The location is safe and secure, steps away from the beach, and central to kite surfing schools, delicious restaurants, and more. The house is very comfortable and welcoming, WiFi was strong, and kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with thoughtful touches. We felt right at home. We highly recommend booking Martina's place!

We LOVED our stay at Alexa’s place. It was right on the beach, in a quiet, private, guarded community. We loved watching the kite boarding on the beach every day. It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to chill. Great home base for our adventures. We loved walking to town on the beach in the evening for dinner

Nice location. Close to the beach, grocery store, bakery and restaurants. A few dogs barking but that's everywhere in Cabarete. Enjoyed our stay at this villa.

The house was lovely. A little hard to find but once there things like the pool and lush setting didn’t disappoint. Definitely don’t leave food out. There are bugs.

Amazing place, amazing host. The villa is not only beautiful but also very comfortable. It’s only 2mins walk to kite beach and a few mins drive to downtown. Drew has been amazing accommodating the place for my baby (buying a park, high chair, etc.) and has been very responsive during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as advertised, and Carlos, the property manager, was always available to assist with anything needed to ensure a great experience. The location is also ideal, with restaurants and beautiful beaches just a short distance away.

Spacious and quiet second floor apartment. Loved the balcony and the neighbors. Appreciated ample parking and good communication with Vilson. Host was quick to respond to our needs.

Our stay at Flavien’s Villa was superb. The view was breathtaking, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth, and we had a great time. The villa is conveniently located near all the main spots in Río San Juan. Each room offers privacy, great accommodations, and a private bathroom. We’ll definitely come back — highly recommended!

This location is absolutely amazing has everything you might need in this a perfect place. If you're interested in kite surfing enjoying the beach or spending time in cabarete. I highly recommend this location. I have stayed there several times and I will stay there in the future.

If, like me, you love the East side, save yourself some time-you wont find a more comfortable, well appointed and comvenient property, or a more attentive and gracious host. Thank you Joe--lets do it again soon.

Excellent, great place just as listed, cozy, and confortable, my main compliment to the place and the host is that at first it was a little rough since it was our first time at a naturist place but overall Jeff is a great host with great communication skills and a great place, we were able to contact him throughout the whole stay with little wait time, he gave us alternative contacts as well, and one little disturbance we had with other guests due to it being our first time going to a place like this was handled by Jeff excellently and proactively. Definitely would book with him again!

This villa was a 10/10 very peaceful and beautiful. This will be definitely my go to every time I'm in Dominican republic ❤️ will definitely recommend to everyone.

One of the best accommodations I have visited, beautiful house, in person is even nicer, great location, in the same village but in a private and quiet area, well-equipped, comfortable beds and details that love. Even with leaf cheese they welcomed us. We would definitely come back.

Stunning view and quiet for those who want to experience the beauty of the DR away from the resort life and off the beaten path. Rio San Juan was very close, with small convenience stores for necessities, a few small restaurants, and an authentic vibe. Beaches and lagoon nearby, and easy access to other towns, beaches, and natural areas in under 30 minutes of drive. Back to the view - absolutely breathtaking. The house was lovely, fresh and modern with cozy touches and art supplies, as well as games to play. Pool was perfect, and there were several areas outdoors to enjoy the weather and scenery. As beautiful as the nearby beaches were, we ended up spending half our time just relaxing "at home"! Owner was extremely responsive and helpful, with great suggestions and recommendations, as well as assistance when asked. Couldn't be better. It's a big world...but we hope to return to the Villa!

Host was great and was there when we got there to show us around. The driveway to get back off Rt 5 is narrow but is fine for a car. Unit was very clean and airy. No ac but we didn't need it with windows open. It's about as private as you will find for the price. There is a house close by on one side but we barely saw anyone there the whole time. It's also only a 30 minute drive from Cabarate, where there are lots of great eating options. Host was super responsive. Would definitely go back!

Great host! I have a lot of positive things to say but the biggest thing is my husband forgot his favorite coat there and Fausto is actually sending it with a cousin of his who’s coming to the US!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is truly special 🫶 nestled in the middle of lush green surroundings, with cows grazing nearby and mango trees everywhere. There was even a mango tree right in front of the door, which added to the charm. The space itself was incredibly clean and had such a peaceful, positive energy. We felt safe and very comfortable throughout our stay. The people in the area were warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Another big plus is how close it is to some absolutely stunning beaches and lagoons. My favorite was Playa Grande—it's a must-visit! Overall, I totally recommend this place and would love to come back again. It’s the perfect mix of nature, relaxation, and friendly vibes.
