Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Río San Juan

We've stayed at this complex several times before so we knew what to expect, but first time to this unit. Thought we'd treat ourselves getting the front ocean front unit and we were not disappointed! Super clean, well equipped, wifi was reliable, mini splits in the bedrooms were great and kept us cool at night - we had the doors open all day making the most of that Cabarete breeze. Beds were comfy, towels were clean and soft, kitchen had everything we needed, freezer froze ice trays super fast - it was perfect! And the staff at the complex areaways super nice, some recognized us from previous visits which is always nice :-) We'll be back!

I felt right at home. Definitely enjoyed the feeling like to locals and embracing the Dominican Republic culture. I will definitely be back.

Francisco was the absolute best host. He was incredibly accommodating with any questions or requests we had but just went above and beyond with recommendations and coordinating things in Sosua. We had the best time. The space was perfect for our family of 3, it was spacious and comfortable. The pool and private jacuzzi were a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Kristen was amazing,the place is perfect,quiet and safe,ac is very cold and the water is very hot,I will definitely stay again and recommend my friends and family to stay as well when we visit sosua

Hidden gem in DR. It was just what we were hoping for. Beautiful scenery, waves crashing against the rocks. Pool to ourselves! We loved every minute. Great Hosts. Thank you for everything!

My stay with my family was great , the apartment super clean, quiet and spacious. Carolina was very friendly and always aware of us. I recommend it♥️.

Truly enjoyed this stay . The home is exactly as described. The beach and pool are breathtaking. We didn’t want to leave . Definitely will be planning another trip .

The house is stunning, and the neighborhood is equally lovely. It’s a peaceful and tranquil place, exactly as described. Everything was perfect! The pool was amazing! But when we visited, the tree fence around it wasn’t fully grown yet, so it’s a bit too exposed. It’s a gated community, so only the guards passed by. Alicia Beach 🏖️ was great! It’s about 20-25 minutes from the house by car. There are others, similar distances. There was supermarket delivery and you have a Chef available for a fee. Will most likely be back!

Absolutely amazing place

What a great place to start our family vacation in Sosúa. Robert and Kat were so easy to communicate with, and aside from the slightest hiccup upon arrival (a very minor miscommunication with the security gate, which was very quickly addressed and fixed by Kat), it was truly a perfect stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Super easy to get to the beach, close to grocery stores, a great restaurant within SOV, and a few playground and water park options that the kids loved…something for everyone! The villa is in a newer section of SOV that is still in development, so some construction is happening on the periphery, though it wasn’t loud or disruptive to our peace in any way. All in all it was a super comfortable home base for so many DR experiences, would absolutely stay there again.

It’s my second time here and I love it ! Everything we need for our stay plus the peaceful environment and a great location. Comfy beds, air conditioners work great and tv entertainment a big plus. Beautiful pool and very clean- enjoyed that !!! Place is well kept and secure. Highly recommend it.

As a frequent traveler to Sosua, I've stayed just about all the nice places but Rob's place is by far the nicest with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay. If available for my future trips, this is most definitely where I'll be staying. Thanks Rob for being a wonderful host

I had a great experience staying here. The place was super clean, well-decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and quick to answer any questions. I’d definitely stay again!

Everything is very good, close to the most popular beaches in the area and the host is always very helpful. I would definitely come back.
