A true gem. I can't say enough good things about our stay at Chris and Dave's. The serenity, the beautiful setting, the birds, the two ducks that entertained us for hours. It was truly wonderful. I can't wait to return.

The space surrounding the place was so beautiful and the property itself was very cozy. All the perfect spot to go as a couple. Mrs. Edisa and Silvia were very communicative at all times. Instructions were clear. The room is ideal for an intimate moment and disconnect. For now there is no internet for remote work, so you can disconnect to relax. It is an excellent place to share as a couple. I would have liked to stay to live hehe. We rest deeply. The patio is spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. I liked to go out to the terrace to see the landscape. Just being in the house gives you peace. The terrain is also spacious but steep. Pleasant atmosphere. Cool during the day, cold at night. Silvia and Edisa always helped and responded quickly. We recommend arriving during the day to find the location well. At night it can be confusing, but we were able to get there without problems with a 4x4 car. The path for a sedan car is very intense.

Roberto and his lovely mother Enith are absolutely gracious hosts. They went out of their way to help us. The farm is charming with beautiful flowers and orchards of lime trees. Waking up to birdsong is magic. The cottage was clean, comfortable and perfect for us. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you!!

We found André’s vinca (farm) delightful, from the beginning of the short drive up the lane lined with pines and White Angel Trumpet trees, to the lovely, well-built 2 bedroom cabin and new studio cabin, and walking the beautiful lanes throughout his 20 acre coffee and banana farm. He is very responsive to any questions or requests. The cabins were immaculate, the kitchen was well supplied for cooking (which we did- making the most of local fruits, vegetables and meats) and conveniently stocked with some basic, purchasable snacks, wine, beer, vino, soda and bottled water (note- the tap water is potable, so we used that). Being in the mountains, the weather was pleasant, and toucans, hummingbirds abound. He provided farm grown oranges and bananas, and even a soccer ball to play on the farm soccer field, which is next to a large covered tiki/party area. Best of all, we had the company of Franco, Lily, Lucca and Pancho every day - well behaved dogs and cat. Magical Place to Stay! 🫶🦋
