The accommodation comprises a private appartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette plus swimming pool, large private terrace, parking and huge gardens to enjoy. The Dordogne river, St Emilion and Bergerac are nearby. The local area is excellent for walking, cycling, fishing, golf, visits to vineyards and delicious food. This charming gîte is located amid vineyards with beautiful vistas. She was completely renovated in the year 2023 and provided with all the luxuries and comforts to make your holiday unforgettable. Those who love to enjoy, silence and beautiful nature are in the right place. The building is divided into 2 residences separated by a hedge with enough privacy and space. Me and my girlfriend live in the other building but are often absent due to work and show all respect for your privacy

The 3 bed, 3 bath house enjoys large exposed beams, double height ceilings, Smeg appliances, and thick walls to keep the space beautifully cool during the hot summer months.
