Appartamento quadrilocale ideale per famiglie che amano sciare con comodità. Situato a 30mt dagli impianti e dalle piste, si può partire e tornare all’appartamento con gli scarponi ai piedi. Sotto all’appartamento c’è un noleggio sci. Troverete una prima camera da letto matrimoniale, una seconda camera con letto a castello, soggiorno con divano e tv, cucina attrezzata e tavolo per 4 persone. Il parcheggio in loco è a pagamento ma gli ospiti avranno un parcheggio gratuito a loro riservato.

La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.

L'appartamento, situato al terzo piano, moderno e luminoso, è dotato di tutti i comfort, gli spazi sono ampi e arredati con gusto. Una bella terrazza abitabile consente di godersi i pasti all'aperto o un semplice aperitivo o caffè. Dotato di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV, bollitore con scelta di tè e tisane, macchina del caffè con cialde.

Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.
