The apartment is fully renovated and equipped with every comfort, consisting of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The enchanting terrace overlooks the sea, high above the seaside village. Easily accessible from both parking lots as well as the train station, just minutes from the beautiful marina and boat boarding point. Within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores, ensuring a relaxing stay.

Cinque Terre Escape – house with Balcony

The house, with a terrace, is independent and spread over three floors, offering a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding hills. It is located in a typical Ligurian alley, central yet quiet, despite being right in the heart of town, just a few meters from the main street and close to the sea. The property is easily reachable from the train station (8-minute walk), the ferry dock, and public parking. Traditional restaurants and bars are located nearby. The village is pedestrian-only.

The sea at home

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

Recently renovated, the apartment features a double bedroom, bathroom, living room with a double sofa bed, and an adjoining kitchen area equipped with every comfort. A wonderful balcony with access from the living room and bathroom, where you can enjoy romantic aperitifs with breathtaking sunsets. The sofa bed for the second person must be requested in advance of arrival. IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO BRING BICYCLES OR TO STAY INSIDE THE STRUCTURE/APARTMENT.

Close to restaurants, bars and shops. A few meters from the boat dock, train station and boat, canoe and snorkeling rentals. Recently renovated apartment (2018) with panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, located in the upper part of the village near the Medieval Castle with a dominant position over the village of Riomaggiore and the Marina. Consisting of a bedroom, a living area with kitchenette and a bathroom, as well as being equipped with all comforts, it has large windows and a terrace as its main features.

The rooms, located on the second floor of an 18th century house, with independent entrance, offer a wonderful view. We provide: a safe in each room, TV, mosquito nets and awning, tea and coffee corner and relaxation corner in the garden below the house. Cleaning and sanitizing - every two days - with antivirus protocol products registered in the attached sheet. Change of linen mid-week.
