The apartment is fully renovated and equipped with every comfort, consisting of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Easily accessible from both parking lots as well as the train station, just minutes from the beautiful marina and boat boarding point. The room is located in an ancient alley of the village, Via Sant’Antonio, and has two large windows overlooking the sea; it is a short walk from the train station, Marina di Riomaggiore and the main street of the town.

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

The apartment, completely renovated, consists of a double bedroom, a small hallway, a complete bathroom and a terrace / garden which, thanks to the elevated position of the main street, allows you to have a wide and panoramic view of the village, perfect for an aperitif/breakfast/dinner in total relax. It is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

We have a garage located in the upper part of the village, a 15-minute walk from the apartment. The cost of the garage is 15 euros per day, there is only room for one car so it is good to request availability at the time of booking.

Marina's House will let you live an amazing experience in the heart of Cinque Terre thanks to its wonderful location closed to the little port of Riomaggiore. The typical little terrace is just in front of the sea bringing you true sea's colours and flavours. The location is closed to restaurants of the little port and shops of the centre, as well as the docking boats and the train station.
