Ground floor bedroom has access to the front patio of the house while bedroom 2 can have use of top deck terrace with BBQ. In the middle of the house is living room with kitchen and dining.

The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
