Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Risan

We stayed for 4 nights and it really was amazing, peaceful with serene surroundings. 5-7minutes walk to local grocery story (City). Couldn’t figure out the frequency and availability of the public transportation so decided to rent a car from SITNGO (Local very reliable Tivat based rental company) for 4days. If you want to explore the whole coast it is recommended to have a car and drive yourself (only if you are confident enough). Jasna was very friendly and always available if you need any assistance. Apartment was clean and she also accommodated our request to check in early(luckily there was no guest staying before us). The view from the Patio is beautiful but if you are someone who is scared of any kind of insects then don’t sit outside after the sunset due to lush surroundings it attracts insects which is not a bad thing for a place like this. We definitely recommend this apartment for someone who wants to stay in Kotor. Thank you Jasna for making our stay comfortable.

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

It was a great stay ❤️🥰We satisfied about everything. Dragica was very friendly and kind. The room was very clean and there was a beautiful view from room and you can reach the seaside in 1 minute. thanks for everything😍🥰🌼🌸

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

Park yeri yok fakat yol kenarında yer bulmamız için Ado yardımcı oldu. Park yeri olmayışı arabayla bir yere gitmek isterken bizi korkuttu. Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi sadece ingilizce bilmedikleri için çok anlaşamadık. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyimdi. Aracınız var ise park yeri olan yeri tercih edebilirsiniz. Bunun dışında gayet iyiydi

İlk defa yurtdışına çıkan 2 çocuklu bir aile olarak; evin konumu gayet güzeldi. Özel park yeri olduğu için kafamız rahattı. Kotor old citye araba ile gittik. Girişte bir sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi hanımefendi sorduğumuz her soruya hızlıca cevap verdi. Genel olarak gayet memnun kaldık

Prachtig verblijf! Er zijn 3 appartementen en de eigenares woont op het gelijkvloers. Deze is zeer discreet waardoor als je geluk hebt en de andere twee appartementen niet verhuurd zijn, je het gevoel hebt dat je alleen bent en ook het zwembad helemaal voor jezelf hebt! Echt een topverblijf!

Magnifique villa isolée qui surplombe la baie de Kotor. Très moderne. Terrasse et baies vitrées incroyables. Vraiment un bel endroit et un super service de l'hote Grandes chambres avec leur salle de bain individuelle

Le séjour était merveilleux. L’hôte nous a proposé de venir nous chercher à la gare et de nous déposer à l’aéroport au retour. Le logement était super bien équipé, piscine très agréable, terrasse avec super vue sur les montagnes avec super coucher de soleil. La literie était aussi très confortable. Nous n’avons presque jamais croisé nos voisins avec qui nous partagions la piscine. Je recommande à 100% !!!!

La villa est moderne, propre et bien équipée. La vue sur la baie est à couper le souffle et notre hôte a toujours été hyper réactive! Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, merci Nikolija!

Vraiment une belle surprise! Une vue incroyable sur la baie depuis le balcon, piscine calme et facilement accessible, intérieur spacieu et bien aménagé. Possibilité de rejoindre restaurants et bord de mer à qq minutes à pieds (route à traverser). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Village bien placé pour rayonner sur toute la baie, à 15min de Kotor.

We really enjoyed our stay — the view is fantastic! The house is well located around the bay and had everything we needed, though we did pick up a few extras like olive oil and coffee. The balcony is a bit close to the neighboring one, but it wasn’t an issue as we hardly saw anyone. Overall, a great spot. Thanks for hosting us!

He’s an absolute charm and gave me a space to relax and rest as a teacher. Helped me make my final decision on moving to MNE in the future 🧡

Puhdas asunto ja omistaja vastasi nopeasti sekä oli auttavainen. Allasalue oli todella siisti myös! Maisemat olivat todella kauniit, varsinkin auringonlaskun aikaan. Ei moitittavaa.

Truly fabulous place with so much history - I couldn't reccomend more ! stunning with many places (including the jetty) to enjoy the amazing views. Super peaceful and also an approx 45min walk to Kotor and the old town there- so best of both worlds. Budimir was also super helpful throughout- fully 10/10 experience !

Incredible place to stay! Unbelievable views, access to water to swim and sun, and just so dreamy. Easy access by bus or car to Kotor but peaceful. Highly recommend.

The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Well equipped, spacious, cozy. It is a 2km pleasant walk from the old town.

Nos logeurs que nous avons rencontrés sont absolument serviables et souriants. Leur priorité principale : que leurs hôtes soient aux mieux chez eux. Par exemple, le premier soir à notre arrivée nous avons demandé si il y avait un parasol pour la terrasse, réponse négative. Mais le lendemain matin ils arrivaient avec un parasol neuf acheté dans l’heure. A la moindre question ils répondaient rapidement. Conseils utiles : avoir une voiture est indispensable selon nous. Immeuble bien isolé. Belle vue. Toutes les commodités nécessaires et même au-delà. Nous ressentons la générosité de leur accueil. Bien situé tout en étant en retrait du centre ville. Près de l’aéroport sans les nuisances (et nous sommes très sensibles au bruit) Lieux neuf et moderne. Bien meublé avec soin MERCI pour tout ! Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir.

Heel fijn ruim appartement gelegen aan een van de rustigere gedeeltes van de baai van Kotor. In alles voorzien: zeer volledig ingerichte keuken, super douche, wasmachine etc etc. Terras is ook fijn, de vorige gasten hadden jammer genoeg de kussens van het tuinmeubilair in de regen laten liggen maar daar kan Marina niks aan doen. Je kan een paadje aflopen naar de baai (1 minuut lopen) en daar kan je ook zwemmen, met prachtig uitzicht (voor zover er geen cruiseschip in de weg ligt) Prima verblijf!

This place was beautiful, we had stunning views every morning and plenty of space for me and 3 friends. It was walking distance to Portonovi resort where our friend’s wedding was happening and our host Danilo and the cleaning lady were super helpful and responsive. A clean and well-built bathroom makes all the difference when you are away from home and this was one was pristine with good water pressure, temperature, ventilation and easy-to-use controls. We were all super pleased, thank you <3

Wir waren zwei Tage in dem großartigen und super ausgestatteten Appartment. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Blick von der Terrasse war traumhaft, es kommen immer mal wieder Katzen zu besuch, was unser Herz erwärmt hat. In die Altstadt sind es ca. 30min zu Fuß oder 5€ Taxi, so konnten wir Kotor wirklich gut erkunden. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!
