Holiday houses in Risco Blanco

This is a beautiful house with great amenities and a truly stunning view down towards the coast. We loved breakfasts out on the patio, and time in the pool which is maintained at the perfect temperature. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom well-appointed. It had everything we might need during our week long stay. Ramon met us at the airport to guide us to the property via a supermarket the first evening. He was very patient when the car hire desk was running slowly with only one staff member! This was extremely useful as I would say it would be very hard to find the property unaided the first time, as it is up a little lane at the far end of the village. It also needs you to go past the driveway and turn around just along the lane as it is a steep turn onto the drive itself. Having been shown it once, we had no problem with finding it again. We agree with others that a high wheelbase car is a good idea for the village roads. Overall Ramon’s place is highly recommended.

We had a lovely week staying in the Cave of the Cat. Once we got there, it was very peaceful, the view was amazing, and Juan Carlos very friendly and helpful. We recommend that someone in couple who rents be a very good driver as the property is down a very steep road and up a driveway. In general, the roads on that part of Gran Canaria require a solid driver, but the natural beauty and peace are worth the effort. There are local restaurants and shops nearby. One of the best parts of this part of the island is very few people who aren't residents, so you really get to experience the community. We ate at home all of the nights as it was a lovely spot and the kitchen was very accessible. A very nice location for a real getaway.

We spent 4 days in this country house and everything was excellent, communication with Alejandro was quick and very friendly.

We were able to spend a wonderful week in this fantastically located house in the mountains. If you are looking for peace, seclusion and nature, you have come to the right place. The house is furnished with a lot of love and taste and radiates a cozy, inviting atmosphere in which you immediately feel comfortable. The location is perfect for those who want to escape everyday life – surrounded by impressive nature and with hiking opportunities that start right on the doorstep. Communication with Juan was always very friendly, fast and helpful. The directions are well described, even if the last few meters require some driving skills. A car is essential here, but it's worth it! The nearest shopping facilities and beaches are about an hour away by car. We are very grateful for this wonderful week and would come back anytime. Many thanks to Juan for the great accommodation and the smooth communication!

Our stay was perfect, a 10. From the first moment, Franck was attentive to us. Our flight arrived before check-in time and he was kind enough to provide us with early access to the house. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit as a welcome gift, and throughout the stay they continued to surprise us with small gestures. Everything was taken care of to make us feel at home. Franck also sent us recommendations to enjoy the island: plans, special spots and restaurants. We were guided by his suggestions and it was a success. The house is impeccable, very well equipped, clean, cozy and with an ideal terrace where we have breakfast every morning. The location is perfect: quiet area, with parking available and a bus stop just a minute's walk away. We can only say thank you. The service was excellent and you can see the love with which they manage everything. We'll be back without a doubt!😊

This is quite simply the loveliest place to stay in Gran Canaria. An authentic Finca set in beautiful surroundings and Xeph is a fantastically friendly and responsive host. Loads to do in the area if you like walking, good food and spectacular views. Alternatively you could spend the whole day by the pool sunbathing and drinking cocktails. We did both! The local village, Santa Lucia is a 5 min drive away and a 25 min walk. We're just trying to work out when we can go back!

Everything impeccable from the moment , both the house and Lorena's attention. They have been super friendly, they bought us dinner for the first day since we were quite late, they accompanied us to the house and at all times they have cared to see how everything was going. 100% recommended The house was spotless.
