The Mediterranean family house on the island of Krk is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The exterior of the house is decorated with stone walls and wooden details, giving it a charming and rustic look. The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside of the house there is a large terrace with a comfortable seating area and private swimming pool. The house offers two covered parking spaces. It is ideal for families who want a peaceful vacation.

Our 120-year-old house is located in the charming village of Mavrići. After a meticulous renovation, completed this year, our villa offers a perfect blend of timeless charm and modern comforts. Situated just 4km away from the stunning beaches of Crikvenica, Villa provides a peaceful retreat while still offering easy access to the bustling coastal town.

Ovaj jedinstveni novoizgrađeni smještaj nalazi se u selu Vrh na otoku Krku, 5 km od starog grada te svih potrebnih sadržaja. Nudi savršenu oazu za odmor i relaksaciju u prostranoj vili opremljenoj svim sadržajima potrebnim za nezaboravan odmor. Vila ima 6 moderno uređenih soba i prima 12 osoba. Iz vile se pruža pogled na Velebit, zelenilo šume, a iz dvije sobe vidi se i more. Prikladna je za boravak tijekom cijele godine s obzirom da ima unutarnji bazen, saunu i "whirlpool".

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom smještaju ispod starih gradskih zidina koji je istovremeno na osami okružen prirodom i samo par minuta šetnje udaljen od gradskog centra i prekrasne plaže. Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

Kuća nudi vrlo romantično, toplo i ugodnu atmosferu Ovaj smještaj idealan je ako želite provesti odmor u prirodnom i opuštajućem okruženju. Uživajte u prekrasnom bazenu te prostranoj unutrašnjosti smještaja. Kuća je udaljena 1,2 km od mora, 90 metara od mini marketa i restorana Ivinčić.
