The house is 130 sqm and has new kitchen and bathroom with tiles, underfloor heating and a lovely shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children. By the lake wood-fired sauna for rent as well as rowboat & barbecue area you can use. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked.

These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.

We were looking for a special place to stay and we found it here too. The cabin is very secluded and is surrounded by the forest near a lake. At the lake, the owner has provided a boat for the guests to use. We used the boat extensively. Directly at the boat dock, there is a fireplace where you can make barbecue. At the hut there is also a barbecue that you can use. The cabin has been very clean and cozily furnished. There is a fireplace available. An outdoor shower is there, it gets warm due to sunlight. The toilet is not located directly in the cottage, but on the outside in a shed. We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back 😀👍

Nice apartment with a great location right by the sea. It's so peaceful to sit on the balcony by the beach. Private jetty, so you can swim directly outside the apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Clean and fresh accommodation, which I recommend. We would gladly come back another time.

Our four nights in that cottage turned out just magical. Elizabeth was super nice and we felt very comfortable at her place. There were many places we could sit outside, the bathroom was very clean. The cottage itself felt very warming and we slept very good in the bed. We went for swims in the lake and for a nice hike to the near mountain. There is no hot water as written, but we cooked up some hot water and washed our selves outside, which was very fun! We will come back one day again:)

We stayed in the nice cottage of Jari and Pia for 2 days. Pia welcomed us very kindly. Everything very clean and an excellent bed. The bathroom is outside (20 meters steps) but we are just camping so this was luxurious for us😄
