The apartment is 63 m2 and is suitable for accommodation for families, a group of colleagues, or two couples traveling together, etc. It contains two bedrooms with two single beds in each room that can be "stiched together" to a double bed, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Brand new studio house in a quiet and beautiful area 5 km away from Aarhus center. Public transportation (bus and train) can be taken 300 m away, and the closest supermarket is 400 m away. The house counts with everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a complete kitchen and toilet, sofa bed of 1.4x2m, internet, smart TV with Netflix and HBO Max, towels, bed linen and much more. There is a direct access to a 800m2 garden. Only small dogs allowed (<10 kilo).

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away.
