Basement apartment of 45 m2 with private entrance, room, bathroom and kitchenette with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The bed is 140 cm, so you can book 2 guests into the place. The cozy frames are created with clean conditions and low ceilings. Access to garden and free parking on the residential road. 400 m to the beach, 2 km to Riis forest, shops outside the door and 5 km to Aarhus. 1500 M to the light rail and 200 m to the city bus. Free parking on the residential road. The host lives in the house upstairs the apartment.

Delicious Villa by the beach & close to Aarhus C

Uniquely located 170 meters from the most beautiful and best sandy beach in Aarhus. Perfect combination of holiday with beach and city. The house is stylish and well laid out for a wonderful family holiday where you can listen to the waves on the terrace, play football, jump on the trampoline in the large garden and rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower. The heart of the house is the lovely newly renovated kitchen-living room where you open onto a cozy terrace. Please be aware that you must bring your own bed linen & towels.

Cosy first-floor apartment with balcony. The apartment is situated close to the University of Aarhus, Skejby Hospital and Aarhus city centre. There are stops for the tram (Letbanen) a few minutes' walk from the B&B. The apartment is 63 m2 and is suitable for accommodation for families, a group of colleagues, or two couples traveling together, etc. It contains two bedrooms with two single beds in each room that can be "stiched together" to a double bed, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Free parking right at the B&B.

Sit back and relax in this quiet and stylish home with free parking. The apartment is close to both light rail (100m) and buses (400 m) into Aarhus C. It is 400m to the nearest supermarket. 50 m to Padelcenter If you are into nature, Egå Engsø is within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, stove etc. as well as good dining area. Extra bed is available in the living room if you come more than 2 people. We as a host couple are happy to be available as much as possible.

Luxury beachfront villa in Aarhus

This is a very unique place to stay on one of the most quiet roads in Aarhus near the beach and forest. The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires. We rent for some weekends or when we go on holiday - please write us if you have any questions.

Brand new 30m2 studio house

Brand new studio house in a quiet and beautiful area 5 km away from Aarhus center. Public transportation (bus and train) can be taken 300 m away, and the closest supermarket is 400 m away. The house counts with everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a complete kitchen and toilet, sofa bed of 1.4x2m, internet, smart TV with Netflix and HBO Max, towels, bed linen and much more. There is a direct access to a 800m2 garden. Only small dogs allowed (<10 kilo).

Nyd et mindeværdigt ophold i vores charmerende bolig beliggende i skønne Risskov, tæt på stranden. Boligen er med synlige bjælker og rustikke detaljer. Der kan nydes aftensol fra tagterrasse. Boligen har et soveværelse med dobbeltseng samt et værelse m. to enkelte senge. Herudover er der en futonseng. Boligen indeholder hyggelig køkken, to stuer, to værelser og et badeværelse. I er tæt på indkøb, restauranter, bussen til Aarhus C og 500 m til stranden.

Quiet flat close to university and 15min from city

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house. Und wir sprechen natürlich auch Deutsch :-)

Peace to the soul of Risskov

Relax in this unique and quiet space. Where there is a terrace on one side and Balcony on the other side of the apartment. Good and large rooms. everything is brand new and well insulated. Water and forest are just a little walk from here. Shopping and buses are 3 mins walk away.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Elsebeth’s and Karl’s charming place very much. The apartment is located within a walking distance to the beach and a 15-minute tram ride to the city center which was perfect for a morning dip in the sea and a city stroll afterwards. Elsebeth also shared some recommendations with us which was very helpful. We’d definitely stay with her again. Mange tak! :)

We spent some nice days in the great house of Christina and Bjarne. On the one hand, the proximity to the beach with good running routes - on the other hand, we liked the really short drive to Aarhus. We didn't miss anything in the house, the hosts were always available at short notice. Definite recommendation.

The five of us stayed 10 days at Mariannes family’s place and we were really blasted by the spot, house and equipment. Close to the beautiful beach and other natural spots, grocery stores, bakery around the corner. Can highly recommend this house and people!

Just home from a wonderful stay in Elyriavej, Risskov. The house and garden were beautiful, so peaceful and kids loved the trampoline & soccer goals. The location was perfect too - could walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. So much to do in Aarhus as well - we had a great time!

Lovely house in beautiful neighborhood. Beach right nearby, short way to Aarhus, shops within walking distance. Nice yard, the lot was fenced in which was really great for our dogs. We had a lovely stay. The house met expectations, even more beautiful in real life. Here we would love to come back!
