The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires. You are close to shopping, restaurants, the bus to Aarhus C and 500 m to the beach.

Brand new studio house in a quiet and beautiful area 5 km away from Aarhus center. Public transportation (bus and train) can be taken 300 m away, and the closest supermarket is 400 m away. The house counts with everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a complete kitchen and toilet, sofa bed of 1.4x2m, internet, smart TV with Netflix and HBO Max, towels, bed linen and much more. There is a direct access to a 800m2 garden. Only small dogs allowed (<10 kilo).

Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away.
